Rerrick Davis was my sales representative. He was wonderful! He didn’t make me feel pressured. He was very informative and made me feel like part of the family. I got the car I want for the price I wanted. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Rerrick

I hadn't bought a new car in over 12 years and was hesitant to start the process. I worked with Kaitlyn at Coggin and she really eased all of my apprehensions. She was extremely personable and answered all of my questions. I came from out of town to purchase the car not only because it was a better deal, but I appreciated the service.

Amazing experience! I went with a friend to get her oil changed. Not only do they have an in door theatre with refreshments for their customers, they also wash your vehicle with no additional cost!

Worst Dealership ever. I bought my truck here because they are right around the corner. Service appointments.oh sorry we are 3 hours late. We are overbooked. If you make a service appointment you better take the complete day off. Buy Nissan but at a better dealership where they respect their customers.

I purchased my 2017 Altima new last September and went in because of some spots on my leather. The people who helped me were not very helpful at all and not too polite either. If I’m gonna buy a car from someone I expect everyone to be nice and understanding.

Been taking my vehicles here for over 10 and because of the service, I even take my non Nissan vehicles. Bill is my go to trusted service adviser and has been all these years. I'd recommend them and him to anyone.

What a bad customer service went there to buy a Part and somebody had to check the car to see what part was specifically it 40 min there still waiting for somebody It seems like if you are not buying a car o doing service they don't care about you

Very pleased with the quick sales of Rerrick Davis. I was able to come in test drive and let them handle all the work while I continued my day.a quick phone call asking me to come in and finalize and I have my new 2018 Nissan! Fantastic Job!

Twice now it took two hours, two hours to do a simple oil change. I get it, you’re busy but is it too much to ask for a heads up? ! This is beyond rediculous. Don’t come here if you value your time or plan ahead because if you have errands to do, they’re not getting done.

Awful place to buy a car. Charles did a bad job finding me options to buy. When I told him I wanted to negotiate a 2016 Sentra he started to yell at me with another so called manager Clarence that it was impossible to do that in a True Car price, when the sales manager already told me that it is in fact a way they used to manage the sales on used cars. No respect and bad times is what you find there.

I wouldn’t par take in the pricing game and moving figures around to suit their benefit.
Advertised price is what should be offered not adding on fictitious add ones to increase profits!

I would like to say thank you to every one at coggins at the Avenue. If it were not for bill and his crew. The mechanics. Taking care of my nv3500 we would not be able to do what we do and see the country. Thank you all for your dedication to your customers. A great night out next to the lake in Utah.

Of all the cars we have bought, this was our best experience. David was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable and professional. We ended up with a Maxima with all the bells and whistles. David was patient. He took time to set everything up and walk us through the features. Highly recommend!

Best service department hands down! We also have a Toyota and will never use their service department ever again after receiving such fantastic care from Nissan at the Avenues! Whole service department is great to work with! Extra shout out to Richard for awesome customer service skills and always taking care of us! And to Tony for of course fixing our issues with our truck! You guys rock! Thanks again to Nissan at the Avenues service department!

My service technician Bill did an outstanding job he should be commended for excellent service and getting my Nissan Rogue completed it out the door in less than 2 hours! I am so very pleased will return again to the same service Bay!

They are very nice however I don’t trust them fully. They said I needed my air filters and my cabin air filters changed (charging $110 in total for them to do that for me). I declined because my boyfriend can change them and the parts are only like $10 each. When my boyfriend went to go change them out, the service people had left them both sticking halfway out and ine of them was shoved in and crumpled. The service people said I needed to get two more things done and I said yes to one and no to the other (the other was $844 and I couldnt afford it). So because they did this with something so simple as an air filter, what makes me believe that they didn’t do that to the $844 thing I didn’t have money to fix?
