21 I have just had the worst experience at this place.
Terrible. Unprofessional staff. They don’t know what they are doing. They’re careless about people and people time and schedules. I made my appt.with a gynecologist in December to January 31st. I changed my insurance company in January and I called TWO times to confirm that they in fact accepted the new provider and they confirmed. TWICE. I went today and the said that they don’t accept my actual provider and give me the only option: if you want to continue your appt.you have to pay for it. The receptionist don’t even tried to pretend to be sorry for the inconvenient situation and tried to get rid of me quickly without an apology and gave me “the look” when I got upset for the situation. Terrible. I waited more than I month, planned my day, got a nanny for my kid. They don’t care about nothing. Don’t go to this place. Read the reviews and save yourself time.
