Been trying to make an appointment for two weeks now an I can never get anyone to answer the phone

This office has made my experience of pregnancy and bringing another life into the world a smooth journey
The doctors are amazing truly making you feel like family and absolutely considerate of your needs feelings and request.
I will continue to come here me and my newborn son.
The staff also are very friendly and loving

Thank you community health center, you folks dont get enough credit for making health care affordable and taking care of your patients.

The wrose place the good is my kids doctor I can never get a hold of them I've been trying for 3 days now

This place is not terrible, but is only good because the sliding scale makes it incredibly affordable. 2 stars for affordability. I would recommend this place to someone else since going to a doctor’s or the hospital breaks the bank and puts people in debt. I don’t know about you, but if you want to get yourself checked for any sort of services, might as well make it affordable.

The first appointment you do is a financial appointment where they determine your sliding scale and how much you will pay per visit. I waited 2 hours for a 10 minute appointment. But, it was done without any stress. After that, I booked an appointment with an OBGYN 3 times, where the first time the provider was not there for whatever reason and the check-in lady was incredibly rude! The second time they booked me for the wrong appointment. I remember specifically telling the check-in lady OVER FIVE times to book my appointment to get my Nexplanon birth control arm implant removed, yet they still got it wrong! I told you 5 times lady, how can you get it wrong. She also asked me multiple times, so I assume she is deaf or has no idea what's happening, I choose the latter. You have to be so dead specific for them to get your appointments right.

I had to wait terribly long wait-times as well my 2 other times, even though I was getting nothing done, just rebooking the appointment. My 3rd appointment was actually pretty good, I didn’t wait more than 30 minutes to see the doctor and I was out of there in under an hour. Very nice check-in too. Very hit or miss, I am assuming. Only coming back for affordability, and you should too if you can’t afford basic services! Just remember, BE SPECIFIC, and DOUBLE CHECK! They literally don’t know what they are doing.

Above any expectations. Everybody was very polite and helpful. I did not have to wait at all. One minute (literally) at the waiting room, less than 5 minutes for the doctor. She took her time, listened everything about me and provided a lot of helpful info. Very thankful to find this place.

This place is the worst clinic Ever, they waste your time, plus staff a very unprofessional, they never to answer they phone, I left so much voicemail on the obgyn voice machine, know one never turn my call, I am there today for appointment, they told to sit outside to wait on someone, it been half hour now know one show up, I will never return to this clinic,

Referral coordinator is RUDE, staff is just rude all they do is transfer you to different people and not help at all. This office is just horrible.

Waiting time is beyond ridiculous, had an 8: 00 apt, sat in the wait room for 2 hrs never got seen, I left and will not be returning, front desk employees are rude and act as if they have no clue on what’s going on

Was given the wrong address and appointment time! Seriously? After waiting an entire month I was told I missed my appointment! A clear indicator this was not the right “business” I needed to trust or go to.

Absolutely CANT STAND this place. Takes an hour+ for the dr to come in the room for something that is gonna take no more than 10 minutes. I am always seen over an hour after my appointment and it’s very frustrating. I came here for the months of my pregnancy and I honestly regret it, they give me a different DR every time I’m seen. Very unprofessional and few front desk workers have an attitude majority of the time, not a comfortable environment to be when you feel like the people (including DR’s) taking care of you really could care less about your situation. Also for some reason the past few times I’ve been here they call me in to be seen but there is no room available!? If you are planning on coming here especially for OBGYN care, DONT! I’m writing this as I sit in their EXAM room (it’s now been a hour and a half waiting) and I am ready to get up and leave any minute. -5 stars review. I hate this place with a passion.

I was misdiagnosed for a medical conditions by this center that I didn't have in the first place in the name of greed just to collect additional money so therefore I switched the service. I went to two different medical clinics in order to have my health so both of those staff members from those different clinics repeated my test and everything came out normal. Please if you going to consider this clinic to handle your health just be really careful with your health safety and be watchful of what the staff might do to you which is why it is good to have a check with different medical professionals just for your safety. The population needs to be really watchful and do some research of where they will choose to follow up with their health because nowadays clinics, hospitals and other medical facilities have turned into greedy evil money making businesses so therefore watch out.

I Do Not Recommend these people. I daughter there a few times and every time the check in people. I Hated having to take my babygirl there. The staff there has attitudes and do not listen to anything that you tell them. They do not know what they are doing. They Misdiagnosed her 4x times for something that i knew for a fact she didnt have. I took her to the hospital and all behind it and She Didnt have what they were claiming she had. If You Want get child Care. TAKE THEM SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Ridiculously slow. No matter how I stress to have an early appointment I still end up leaving 2hrs later. I prefer the winter garden location. It's just the doctors you really need are at this location. My advice plan accordingly. You will be waiting a long time. Also no one ever picks up the phone. You will be on hold for a long time. Then when someone finally answers the phone they talk with an attitude and want to rush you off the phone before asking any questions. The lady set me an appointment and didn't tell me I needed a specific document when I came, I had to go back home and get the document or I couldn't be seen, thank God I stay down the street. But what if I didn't? Poor people skills.

The check out lady's very rude. The front desk ones disgusting. U guys not working for free why the bad attitudes for be humble u guys don't like your jobs then leave the places for someone who really need it! Ugly lady's

Dr. Pichardo sees my grandmother, DD, and i want to thank her for helping my grandmother look and feel better. She recommended that she see a specialist who took her off several meds and gave her one for seizures! She is much better and we appreciate her soooo much! Awesome Doctor who truly cares and listens.

I’ve been going to the same doctor for almost 2 years now and I wouldn’t change not one thing about them. They have been taking care of me since the moment I found out I was pregnant. They have made it their business to make sure both my daughter and I got everything we needed. Thank you community health center (Mercy Drive Location) for your services!

Staff was rude and never was given my tubal form till late and was unable to have the procedure done during surgery now I have to return to get opened up again worst service ever received
