25I've been in this center about a year. I can say it is a disorganized center. I've been happy with the physicians' services, but not happy with the administrative, and customer services.
Received a robo call from them asking when I had my last mamogram. They said their record show I might need one and they were concerned about me getting breast cancer. Asked when I had my last one and I told them less than a year ago and then they said they would update my records. What records? I've never even been there. Seems to me they are fishing for business.
I haven't been there yet but i can tell the service is horrible. Everytime I call to book an OBGYN appt, I sit on the line for 30+ mins with no answer. Just listening to horrible elevator music. And it doesnt even tell you how much wait time you have left. I dont think the people are answering the phones at all.

Location is dangerous, wait time is insane, the only reason they get any stars is because the staff is nice but I would not reccomend this location to anyone.about 2 hour wait time for the dr. To see you for lese than 15 min is not worth it.also beware driving on mercy you have to pass the convenience store that everyone says drug deals happen at (cops always shutting the road down) and if you come down 50 you pass the gas station where the people follow you to your car begging for money and if you dont give anything they curse you out.it says there is cameras all around the loction but what is a video going to do after you and your children have been traumatised.and back to the wait time thats just crazy.
