I went to the clinic and they said that the doctor is not here meanwhile 5-6 patients are waiting for the doctor and treatment. I had an accident at work I don't pay anyone I don't have money for food And I should have gone to work tomorrow and I missed this paper that I was healed.all this was done because I arrived 15 minutes before closing.my english may not be perfect but i am not stupid. I see that patients go in and if there is no doctor then what do they have to pay for so there is a doctor inside but they didn't want to take care of me and my life depends on me going to work tomorrow because I don't have money to eat if there is no doctor, why does the office work? ! Why do people pay this is my question

The service I received today was great like always. I have been going to this location for the last three years a the service is always great, the doctor and his staff are amazing keep up the excellent work you all do thanks

The young lady at the front desk had a great attitude and seemed genuinely happy to help patients, I wish they would have told me I’d have a two hour wait, could have had lunch next door and returned.

From the moment that I walked through the front door i was greeted with nothing but respect and professionalism. A. Marilyn as well as her supervisor went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for your hard work and patience.

Went in for a job hair sample screening one of the receptionist had an attitude and the nurse that did the test used some dull scissor that’s for cutting paper not hair to cut my hair they barely cut and she was pulling my hair. For a hospital I would expect them to have actual supplies but they’re using kindergarten scissors to do this.

I really enjoyed the courteous and professional manner in which I was greeted by the staff.
My appointment time was respected. Which I appreciate greatly. Dr. Badell was considerate of my time and thorough in explanation of condition.
I was out of office in 45minutes!
Facility was safe; social distancing; temperature and disinfecting all practiced!

You call the office to make an appointment and they tell you it is first come first serve. When you arrive, you spend long hours waiting and the last one who arrives is the one who passes first.

I sustained an injury at work. I was sent to a different doctor and physical therapist. I no longer wanted to be seen bye the other physician, that location was still seeing and treating covid patience. I have been a patient of dr. G and the physical therapist, for the last 5 months. My physical therapist is one of the best and her assistant. From the staff members at the front desk to the doctor and the physical therapist I doubt you'll find no better

I was the first one to arrive at the facility at 8am. My wife was second in line and I was the 4th one to be called in, my wife was called first. I left the facility finally around 10: 30am.

The staff was courteous and professional. The place looked cleaned and service provided was fast.

Fantastic service from beginning to end! Registration very smooth and staff great. Intake specialist was wonderful. Doctor Badell and the nurse really take the time to explain everything.

To start the place is super nice and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. I was very happy with the experience overall.

Very bad service, rude people! The lady who did my drug test accused me of lying and made me stay there two more hours to do it again. DO NOT go here, trust me.

Great experience at Concentra Urgent Care. This was my third time using their services. I recommend their services for anyone looking to avoid the typical hospital ER.

The PA who saw me, Ms. Calero, was very courteous and took her time to evaluate my condition before presenting treatment options.

I had to get a DOT physical done quickly. They were open on Saturday and got all of my paperwork needs done fast. I was out the door in less than a hour and was able to enjoy my day with my family. The staff was very friendly and professional. They did not ask about payment (like other care facilities) only about my needs. Thanks for being a great place to take care of all your medical needs.

There's always a problem when I go there. Unnecessary tests done (needed?). Enough for me. I rather go somewhere else.

On a scale of 0 – 10, I give 10=excellent. Walk in=long wait time. Service and treatment is excellent. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. Advice! Shave your beard before any mask fit test. Lol

Place is cozy and comfortable. There are televisions to keep you entertained while you wait. Service is prompt and generous. It is a good place to take care of your needs.
