This Concentra is a godsend. All of the staff is so warm and inviting. I almost feel like I am in a family business and I'm simply visiting my family. Everyone there seems happy to be working, and it shows with every smile I see. I love the complimentary drinks especially since they have tea as well as coffee. I would definitely recommend Concentra in Pinecrest to anyone that asks. Thanks for everything Concentra. I will never forget my experience.
I went to Concentra for a company drug test. The clinic was very modern, clean, and organized. The sign in process was easy. And I didn't have very long to wait before the Clinician saw me. She was careful to show me how much hair she needed to take and took it from an area of my head where it didn't show that the hair was removed. She explained the test to me and approximate timeframe for the results. The whole process was relatively painless and I was finished within 20 minutes of signing in.
Terrible service and experience and absolutely not recommend to use this care center. Too slow service
