Check-in, services provided and everything else was great! However, the wait time was way too long (2.5 hours). They make you wait in your car and call you when they’re ready for you, which is great to prevent the spread of covid and other germs.

I was there for a DOT physical and drug screen. From the front desk to the nurse and the physician, all were courteous and professional! I appreciate their hard work during these difficult times!

I have to say that the staff at concentra were very professional, caring, nice, fast, and had all the safety precautions for covid-19.

I went there early morning. It was quick. Staffs are friendly and nice. I spend about 1.5 hours total including waiting time for drug test & physical exam.

I arrived a little after 4: 30, as I walked in I can see the lady in the front desk roll her eyes which gave me a really un-welcoming feeling. She also had an unpleasant tone when I approached her. I was called back quickly and the ladies in the back we’re really nice and funny which made my experience a little better. So that why I’m rating them 4 stars. I can’t rate based off one person. I would go back as long as there’s someone with a more welcoming feel at the start.

The nurses were very professional and acted in a timely manner. I definitely recommend this location!

Good Service. Therapy is helping with pain. They are willing to help me get better and the home exercises that was recommended are really helping. Since August I’ve been a patient and I am very satisfied with service. Lashawnda is extremely helpful everytime I come in or when I call. Marc and Julissa are also helpful and welcoming.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes from the time of my appointment. The Staff was Very Professional and made me feel at ease.

I went to get my DOT card on November 13 2019. I completed it flew to Dallas for work and was rejected from my job because the date they placed on the card was November 13 2020. So I call them to fix the problem they send me to a location in Dallas (who was extremely nice and did everything to help me) but couldn’t help me because none of my information was filled out on a long form. Then against hippa laws they sent me another persons information

The doctor there is amazing. She is so patient and very through. She is very detailed and very understanding of patients time. Dr. Debra Munro is amazing.

When i walked in there was great energy and i felt very helped and was in and out of there like that.gave my all my paperwork and didn’t leave anything out!

Had to get a drug screen and didn’t want to go but it was actually worth it just because of how polite and nice the doctor and front desk people were

I went to US HealthWorks to have a physical for employment. Once I was seen by a doctor I was told that they would not give me a physical because of a medical issue that I had and was resolved in 1993, TWENTY FIVE YEARS AGO! But they were sure keeping my $100! I am going somewhere else and am out the $100.

Holy hell I've never had such a bad experience at a medical office before. I've been here over 3.5 hours at this point and been kicked into the waiting room multiple times.just here for a pre employment physical.they won't tell me how much longer, either.glad I scheduled the rest of my day off just to waste my time here. I'd have faster service at an ER at this point

I stood at the front desk for 12 minutes while the two women behind the desk sat and discussed their weekend. Shameful.

This place is a joke, the only words you hear are we will be a few more minutes. Will Never go there again in this lifetime. Kept trying to make me wait.

Waste of gas. Waste of time. Waste of energy. Maybe you guys would have better ratings if you were more organized and focused more on the clients, rather than carrying on side conversations about who son is graduating and invitations being sent.

3/13/18. I’ve been going to that clinic for almost two months now with pain on my right arm. I took shots, pills, I also done therapy, and I’m still in pain. Honestly, between all the doctors I’ve been seeing in that clinic, only one of them really take the time to talk to me with care. The nurses are decent. Sometimes, the wait time is so long. After going there for like a month with no good news, I had to suggest to the doctor that I need an MRI done. I ended up doing two of them. First, I was told I have tendinitis on my shoulder. Today, I was told my arm is fine. I should not have pain still. What a joke! I can’t sleep because of the pain. I’m stressed out. I can’t work or even comb my hair without being in pain.

My visit date was 11/17/2017! First off I waited two hours before being called for my physical after complaining for the third time! A woman who came after me for the same type of visit was called before me! Once in the back the ARNP asked about my TB I told her it was negative and she told me that she knew I was happy about that! She assumed that I was from a third world country like Haiti just because the color of my skin she assumed I was Haitian or from a third world country which I am not! (I have no problem with any race, but racially profiling someone is unethical and says a lot about ones character) How closed minded and unprofessional of Amie! Overall I would never return to this location it took over three hours to get my physical done and I literally watched everyone get called to the back before me and my wait time just kept changing! I will let all my friends, colleagues, and family know to avoid this particular location!

Slowest medical office ever! Too many customers and not enough employees. Waited 3 hours just to be seen!
