Concentra Urgent Care, Orlando FL

I got here for an appointment 2: 45, and I Did not go in the to exam room until 4: 05on. I'm still in exam room & have not been seen yet 4: 51pm. I can hear the nurses sitting at the desk chatting. All I need is my final vaccination. I have been here several times & every time there is a long wait. I PRAY TO GOD THAT I NEVER HAVE TO COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN.

I'm usually very polite to people. I was raised with manners and respect. Was attended by a Kim Rodriguez who was extremely short and rude with me. Not really sure why. Receptionist was very nice though. If you can go to another location, do so. Not sure what crawled up Kim's rear but whatever works sunshine.

This place is horrible. They love to waste people's time and run you around for things they should have asked for in the first place. If you need your drivers back right away, send them elsewhere. Based off reviews and my own experience, they're not improving.

My experience to this place on 4/7/2017 was a mess. The nurse and people at the front desk where extremely nice & friendly and I got in very quickly and wait time wasn't bad. I normally never write reviews, but I just want people to be worry of this place.

The doctor on the other hand, was not very friendly at all and when it was time to go and they gave me my prescription slip I drove home not realizing they gave me the wrong slip for a completely different patient. I called back for them to call it in to Walgreens and they didn't do it before they closed.

I don't even know how you can get that mixed up. Made me waste a lot of time. After this I won't be coming back. I also wouldn't recommend going here, and if you do, make sure you check everything before you leave.

YOUR "DOCTORS" DID GIVE ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. NOW YOU GUYS ARE CLOSED ALL WEEKEND. THANKS!

Dont ever go to this so called medical clinic I went in this place for a severe back injury and they tell me its a pulled muscle this place is a joke and the doctor is good for nothing. Dont go here if you wanna get better!

There was a wait and I was in terrible pain but the NP was extremely nice and informative and once diagnosed I was in and out pretty quickly

Unacceptable wait time. I visited to get a drug test for my employer and the wait time has been 1 hour and 17 mins.and counting. At the hour mark I went to the front desk to ask for an approximate wait time, there was none.
