Great service! The technician that gave us the estimate was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. The two technicians that came the next day we’re very friendly. They worked clean and efficiently.

Very disappointed in their customer service. I was excited to give them the opportunity to work on air unit. I called them to set up the appointment, they gave me an appointment for the AM, I changed my plans for the day to be here at the exact time they were suppose to show up to work and they never came. I than get a call from their main office telling me that they needed a 50% deposit before sending the guys out, well, it would have been nice to know this before setting up the appointment and having me change my plans for the day. I was under the impression they took full payment after the job was done. In addition to this, the day before I was already feeling uneasy with them when I sent them via email, questions in regards to the job and the people coming to do it. I would ask several questions and they would answer 1 out of 5, and the question they would answer still did not give me a straight answer, it was like talking to a blank wall. They should really be more professional about things and not have people waste their time if they are looking first for down payment before actually sending someone out to do a job.

Very reliable and trustworthy. Omer arrived on time, diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. Definitely will call them again.

I am always skeptical about mid to large companies in any business as they usually charge excessively more for services while not providing great service. Well, Cool Air USA and their tech/rep. Was the total opposite. I got assurance from Adam the service manager that even if the issue is not what was originally diagnosed that they would fix any issues without any further payment. That sealed the deal in hiring this company. Rollie came out and was very professional, friendly and patient. I had a bad evaporator coil so this was no easy, quick fix. He did a great job and did not leave until he was sure the job was fully complete and everything was working the way it should. So thank you Cool Air USA and Rollie! I'm cool again!

We called CoolAir when the power supply to our smart thermostat suddenly became erratic and unstable. Ricardo visited the following day and within minutes diagnosed the problem (bacterial/fungal growth in the drain line which had caused the pan to fill with condensate and thus cutting the power at the unit). He quickly drained it, correcting the issue, and carefully cleaned after himself. His demeanor was friendly and polite and should we ever need these services again will call immediately on Cool Air.

Cool Air did a great job. Called on a Sunday, had a tech there Monday (Lior was the service tech). He called me while enroute, keep me up to speed thru the process. One of the best experiences w/ an HVAC company! Thanks Lior

This company is great to work with. The tech Lior was very informative and listened to complete the work as needed. The tech was also excellent with knowledge of the equipment offering better was to keep my home cool and cost efficient. The best thing of all, all the photos were sent to my email the same day! I called on a Sunday due to our air conditioner not working. A young man from Cool Air USA named Sean came out to our house and fixed our a/c and couldn't have been nicer. I strongly reccommend Cool Air for your a/c needs.

He walked me through all the steps he would be taking for maintenance of my AC unit and was thorough in his explanation of recommended services. I highly recommend Cool Air and David.

I'm very happy with my experience with Cool Air USA. My A/C broke down on a Sunday Morning, and two hours later I had a technician checking it.
Sean is a great technician, he fixed the problem quickly and gave me a great price on a new unit. My A/C was over 14 years old and it needed to be replaced. We called another company before but I was not happy with the price and service that they were offering me. The technician from the other company, didn't want to fix the unit, he told me that he had to replace it, that was the only option for me; However Sean fixed the unit first so my family and I wouldn't have to be suffering from the lack of A/C until we got the new unit. He answered all our questions, and made all the paperwork for us to get a new unit installed the very next day. He is very polite and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier not only with Sean but with the company in general.

They are well managed and their people are friendly and know what they are doing. I will recommend them to friends and family.
