Cool Air USA, Lauderhill FL

I had contracted with Cool Air USA to replace my 3.5 ton split unit that was on it's last leg. When I had originally contacted them to price out the unit, my AC was working just fine. And as you would know it, that weekend it finally broke down. I contact my rep with Cool Air USA the following Monday and explained that my system had finally failed and he put me on the next days scheduling to have it replaced. Their service team arrived on time and finished the work in the time specified. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and how they respected my home (as I have all white tile and white Berber carpet). The replacement AC system works very well and I hope to enjoy for many years to come. I would recommend Cool Air USA to my friends and neighbors.

I contacted them on a Sunday morning during moving day. They dispatched someone within 3 hours of my call and had my place ice cold withing 1 hour of diagnostics. Omer did a nice job and helped explain the status of my AC, maintenance tips and helped provide me with a 1 year service plan.

The technician that came to fix my A/C is excellent. The A/C had the same simple problem for the second time and he not only fixed quick;y the problem but also taught me how to fix myself so it wont happen again. I paid for my inexperience but it was worth my money. I strongly recommend the company.

Junior did a great job in our apartment. Cool Air USA took care of us the same day we called, even though it was a Saturday. The specialist arrived between the time frame and was well prepared to do the job. Little bit expensive but they solved our problem.
