I didn't even want to give the 1 star. Apparently required atleast a 1 star to leave a review. The doctors may be "wonderful" but the STAFF.absolutely the worst. I don't even get the impression they care. They are disorganised and lack basic communication with each other if talking with 4 different staff members who give you 4 different instruction. They need TRAINING on follow-up. Ever visit I was told that they would call me when my results came in or call me with further guidance or call me when the receive my external records and so on. THEY NEVER CALL! You sit waiting and waiting with your issues and then find yourself reaching out to them because they lied and really don't mean to call you with ANY update. Imagine following their instructions for the last 2 months and they still can't get your referral straight. Now your held to task because you are visibly upset? You're damn right I'm upset. TO ALL MILITARY. RECOMMEND SEEKING A DIFFERENT PCM. This experience had left such a negative effect on me that I may be in some sort of shock. Totally unexpected with the high reviews I see.
Dr. Thor's nurse extremely condescending. I will be filing a complaint to Tri-Care South with a recommendation to remove this facility from their list. I will be sending out a summary of my experience to other military newcomers in the area.and to stay clear. I will be shouting loud and clear through every and any miltary resource I get my hands and computer on! Dissappointing!

This was one of the best visits to a doctor's office I have had. The front desk staff was very efficient I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment with my new patient paper work in hand. After having my picture taken and paying my copay the wait was 10 mins. The office is very clean and up to date. The nurse was friendly and very funny. I asked about having lab work and was told they do the labs at the office anytime through out the day. If I was fasting. When the doctor arrived in the room I was expecting to do all the talking with the doctor nodding. Instead I had an actual conversation. With my input and feedback from the physician we had a plan I was comfortable and confident with. I will be telling everyone about this office. As I left I was given an appointment for the lab to come back. A tip print your new patient paper work from the website. I noticed some people did not in the waiting room there time was spent filling out paperwork.

Good doctors and friendly staff. WORST phone service ever. Can never get the front desk on the phone. I have to leave a message almost every time.

I had a problem with an ear that was quickly ruining my vacation. Called Crescent Beach Care at 9 am, had an appointment at 10: 30 am. By 11: 30 I was done and problem solved. Thanks Crescent Beach Care.

Dr. Thor is amazing. She really seems to care and wants to help with whatever is going on. They are always nice and very helpful.

Remember when doctors really cared? Remember when you could call the doctor's office and get your questions answered, not the "You Have To Come In For In Appointment" because they don't know you, you are just a medical record to them. Well you get this here. They really do care, and they remember you! I haven't seen Dr. Thor for a while, but she knows my health. The PA (I apologize the name escapes me) called me after hours to answer my question! After hours folks! Why? Because they care! They put the patient first everytime! Dr. Long has done this as well, (wouldn't want to leave him out) The nurse I spoke to today was awesome as well, she asked great questions and took her time with me! I love this place, don't ever change guys!

Great doctors who take time with their patients. Old fashioned family practices are a rare gem in this day and age, and this practice is a credit to this fine tradition.
