Their was no customer service just everyone for themselves. I loaded and unloaded my own luggage. My Uber driver didn't know this place. He took 45 minutes to arrive. My return driver was great.

Departed on Norwegian Joy from terminal B. Easy access and traffic moved freely but lots of construction going on. It was noisy and considering our 2 hour queue, there was little shade provided outside the terminal building.felt as though this was the time to pay a little extra for priority boarding. I am sure it differs with each sailing.

Sailed out of here on our recent cruise aboard the Norwegian Escape, boarding was extremely chaotic

They'll usually use this terminal in conjunction with the adjacent Terminal C for larger ships as its all one large building, but since the Norwegian Pearl was docked there, they ended up funneling 4000+ guests through a facility that is intended to accommodate ~2500 passenger ships.

Since the building kept reaching full capacity, a line had formed outside. There was no clear starting point, so there were at least 10 lines trying to merge into a single line with only two employees directing guests. Because of the disorganization, it took us over 90 minutes just to enter the terminal.

Things improved once we went inside as the line for check-in moved rather quickly and there was no wait upstairs to board the ship.probably because it was already 3 PM when all was said and done.

Online it says it takes about 45 minutes to drive here from Miami airport. For us it was more like 1 1/2 so provide yourself plenty of time. The terminals were well marked and the signage was easy to follow.

What can you say about a cruise terminal. If you've never been to one is just a great big giant open-air barn look at you from your cab to the boat.

Though the line was long and everlasting to get onto the cruise I didn't just feel like another number because they were quick to address every inquiry.

This dock is adjacent to construction that makes it difficult to find the terminal B or determine where to park. Was driving in circles and confusingly directed by various workers before I figured out to park in the C garage. Once inside, it was an extremely quick process to clear security (even lacking a boarding pass which I didnt realize had to be printed prior to embarkation day) and check in at the counter. I was on board the ship in about 20-30 minutes, pretty impressive compared to my last cruise out of port of Ft Lauderdate which took 3x that long.

Getting off the Budget shuttle to board the ship was smooth and the "white shirt" porters were helpful, ample and eager to help and made well known tips were allowed.
Coming back after cruise Porters were NO help (no bags to get tips from-so why help) confusion abounded for rental car shuttle pick up and no organization/lines made it frustrating. No cruise line help outside terminal.
Terminal was clean and nice. New Terminal B being constructed. Arrival process, security screening and assistance through getting on board ship was easy and smooth 10 min total.

Horrible port, unhelpful guides and unclear signage. Had an accident because poor organization in the terminal turned luggage drop off area into a free for all. Much prefer other ports to this one.

Absolutely the worst customer service from staff yelling at people to causing confusing situation these guys were the worst. Had a staff member yell at our group to come grab a bag that wasn't anyone's in our group another staff member yelling about moving but couldn't because too many people in front of us and not one employee seemed to know anything. I will not be using to Port of Miami again I will make sure to leave out of Fort Lauderdale or really any other port as this was a horrible start to a vacation

Exciting location and efficient people-moving. It’s large enough to accommodate large amounts of people, but it can be a little dirty and the WiFi can be a little spotty. Otherwise, it was a fun visit with knowledgeable staff and the start of many memories!

Disorganised and rude staff. Very stressed and aggressive. Some were more pleasant thank goodness because we were getting irritated by the irritated staff.
Unfortunately you still have to move through there so hopefully they improve their behaviors.

Cruise time comes to an end. Busy place but the staff is very helpful to point you in the right direction.

A bit chaotic, on arrival, at port.
Having to queue for over an hour, in the heat of Miami, to get through border control, is not pleasant.
On the +side, the staff were very professional and friendly.
Departure was slightly better, although, still massive queues, the staff were managing to get everyone through more efficiently.

NCL Terminal. Traffic is directed orderly. Luggage handlers are very helpful. Once inside they get you ready to board. Upon return the luggage corral can be overwhelming and long lines for customs but when they open the second one to US citizens it moves very fast.

Easy to locate.our uber driver dropped us right at Terminal B and we handed our luggage to a bag handler, went through customs with no problem. 30 minutes later we were on the Ship.easy breezy.

Was a little confusing getting over to the terminal but we got there. The ship board was in both Terminals B and C. Parking garage was across from the terminal C.we had a wonderful experience and cruise
