Cruise Terminal B - Port of Miami reviews
31Not big enough for the huge ships as Norwegian Escape. 4000 pasdengers. No place to seat and even to stand.
The Cruise terminal for all the people boarding and disembarking is a control mess. It looks bad, but you are quick to get through.
This is a basic cruise port. The signage for the various ships is poor. Often times you don’t see the sign for your ship until you are at or passed the turn off point. Port Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale, has done a much better job organizing the cruise port for the cruise lines. I would much prefer to go there, where possible.
It was the entrance to a cruise ship, it took over 2 hours of standing in line for embarktation
NCL cruise line does a great job welcoming you aboard collecting luggage & serving refreshments.however beyond their control either way roadside there was such chaos & unsupervised luggage packages etc that we were concerned for our safety
The folks there really know how to get people through the lines quickly and efficiently. Going through there is alway a breeze.
Not the best or most modern looking port, definitely in need of a face lift and for that it loses a star.
The terminal is very easy to get through from the curb side porters all the way to getting on the ship.
Getting off the boat was just as easy and fast.
This port can be quite congested with a long line going through security but that's expected. The staff were pretty informative and did pretty okay with the influx of passengers. My only complaint is that there was a clear indication as to where I could get a wheelchair for my grandmother. The porters did a decent job with the organization of the luggage and were very friendly and helpful.
Miami - the cruise capital of the world, the home port of the top biggest cruise vacation provider in the world, such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line and MSC Cruises.
The terminal itself is huge and even with the large number of passengers the place doesn't seem crowded. The bathrooms are clean. Well maintained.
