Called ahead to ask if I can donate while breastfeeding. First lady that answered didn’t know so she went and got someone that would. This second lady told me yes. Neither answered the line with their name. Traveled 45 minutes, spent an hour and a half filling out a million questions to only be told that I can’t donate while breastfeeding. Terrible, absolutely terrible that staff give out the wrong information. They wouldn’t compensate me for my time. Disgusting. Nobody could care that they wasted my time like that. Manager said they’ll treat me “like a vip next time I come. Lol. There absolutely will not be a next time.

Ramona is a wonderful lady. Very caring to her patients. One awesome worker who sacrificed her meal in order to attend to my needs. I would give her a promotion and a raise. Very professional and great at completing her task at hand
I recommend.

The most ratchet unprofessional medical facility I have ever been. Some of the people have a bedside manner or is it about customer service. The security guard has no manners at all and treats some donors differently than other donors she shares an ethnicity with. People donate for different reasons saving lives or $60 bucks who knows. There are always glitches in the system, hold time on the phone is a minimum of 20 minutes. Spelling your name immediately and giving your birthdate does not seem to expedite a phone call because after being on hold the same person asks your name, misspells it then asks your birth date and tells you that you don’t show up in the system or you donated at another location. So.you spell your name again give your birthdate again, I can’t waste my time with this anymore

Slow service, staff on floor dragging tail around and too much fun and playing around while donors are standing in line over 20 min

Everybody at this location is so kind and friendly. Donating plasma is a win-win situation. I highly recommend this service.

A review after a year.

After being referred to CSL, the initial location ended up dropping the ball after several donations. I ended up escalating the situation due to the nature of the customer service rendered or less thereof! The manager met with me personally and assured me that the negligence was unacceptable and is not a part of the way the organization is to be run. I was comforted by the talk but decided to switch to the Margate location. Upon switching I spoke to the manager about my experience at the other location (as I was pretty traumatized) and she assured me that she and her team could be relied on for great customer service. I have been going there all year! A couple of people recently told me I should switch to a competitor, as they have bonuses. I thought about it made some calls to the competitor, they don't answer their phones and I saw many reviews that had me concerned. Therefore, I concluded that I will be staying with CSL! Customer service is number one in my book. I feel like if I ever have a concern, it is taken seriously and not swept under the rug. I saw another review for CSL and I do agree, they feel like a second family because of their friendly staff. Oh and they don't just let the phone ring, ring, and ring. It really makes a difference for new donors and existing donors to be responded to when they call with a concern, information, or to give the manager kudos for their comforting customer care and service! Keep up the great work! Please bring back the bonuses! Thank you! #humanity #treating peoplelikepeople #empathy #pride #respect

I've been coming here since August 2019 and I love the staff. Everyone is personable, professional and prompt. And the facility is always clean.

Depending on who's all work things usually go smooth in the Margate location but the Wilton Manors location is the worse place I've ever been to the don't even wipe chairs during the pandemic smh it's pretty much like a night club in the daytime over there.

What great staff.despite what people say the staff goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed. Shout out to Terence, A. J, Ashley, Gio, Stephani (I think I spelled names right) for great experiences.

Very unprofessional! Understaffed! My first 3 visits it took me 2 hours to donate plasma. They dont know how to stick pepple right. Then i signed up for getting extra money your first 6 visits. They changed policy and underminded my request. Had to call corporate to get money promised to me that i signed up for.started going to csl in Riviera Beach. They know what they doing up there.

The experience was horrible, the staff is rude and take their sweet time.not to mention the side conversations they have about their personal life (like we need to know what you & your whole family did last weekend) the management is nice but it does seem like he has too much to do not enough time to get to it all.

I had a perfectly fine experience here. Note, a few people here have complained about Rusty. My view is the opposite. He was the one who inserted the needle in my arm last time, and he did it perfectly: less pain than I'd ever experienced donating plasma. I hope I get him again today.

Wait for an 4 hours to tell you can't donate for a fever when the test was taken incorrectly. Poor service never again.

Staff is always pleasant with me and very knowledgeable. The facility is very clean. The parking lot is very large and there normally isn't a very long wait. If I hydrate really well before I donate I'm usually out the door within an hour. New donors can expect to be there 2 hours or longer so you must apply to donate well before their scheduled closing time.

I've come here numerous times.only had 1 problem with an older guy who I'm guessing his name is Rusty based on reading the comments below. Well whatever his name is, messed up the line by not overseeing a crink in it, causing the bowl inside the machine to explode. My plasma/blood was inside there, and there was no returning, so I couldn't return for 2 months because of that. Other than that everyone was nice. Sometimes the wait sucks, you can end up being there for a couple hours.

Honestly, they're very nice. I like to give plasma to help out and it's nice to get a buck or two in the process. I've had a couple of bad stick experiences but never be afraid to ask for another technician, politely. They'll oblige and be apologetic and happy to help. I see a lot of bad reviews for this place and all I'm going to say is that you attract more with honey than you do vinegar.
Treat the staff with courtesy and they'll do the same.

If you are desperate for money then yes come here. But understand you are sacrificing your self respect and self worth. Some of the staff 2% are really nice. The other employees you can feel the $9hr customer service skills. Most the Donner's are drug addicts or just people down on there luck. Sigh I'm writing this review as I'm laying in this coffin they put you in to donate, I've been laying here for 30 min after waiting 29 min in line but still I haven't been stuck. Oh looks like the staff are done talking about how life sucks and are coming to kill I'm sorry I mean "help" me

These people are miserable! They treat the donors terribly. They make $3000 from you sacrificing your own plasma. And they have the nerve to only give you $20 for the first visit and $45 for the second visit. It is not worth the drama. Most of the women who work there are bitter haters! I can honestly tell you that there are about 3-4 nice people who work there. They will pick fights with you because they have a POWER STRUGGLE with strong, beautiful women like myself. They are mostly obese, pathetic, jealous people. Do yourself a favor, save your plasma for yourself. It is a HELL HOLE!
