DO NOT LET RUSTY NEAR YOU WITH THE NEEDLE. I read a review about Rusty before I went and decided to be “open minded” and go off my own judgement since I’ve donated plasma 3 times before with NO issues but I saw the name tag and was immediately anxious.he sticked me and “redirected” the needle SUPER crooked and continued to play with this huge needle inside my arm and obviously was unconvinced with the way it was placed yet still left. My plasma wasn’t even enough to fill the bottled container like it usually does. Too painful to even pump my hand. Rusty also pricked another woman twice, the same way he did with me and just left her. Poor lady was super discomfortable and had to have another worker fix her needle aswell lol unbelievable. I had 3 workers come to my monitor. A guy pulled the needle out and shifted it straight and pushed it back in. (same guy who fixed the lady’s needle Rusty inserted lazily) I’m not even afraid of needles, I think I’m traumatized.over-all horrible experience and not worth the money, no one knows what they’re doing and Rusty is a sadist who likes inflicting pain on donators. He’s been there too long to not know how to pierce a vein.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Some of the staff here is nice and all, but the policies in place are ABSURD. My pulse had been too high to donate back in october so I stopped coming until I could get it back to normal, no worries just policy. I just came back today, January 4th, 3 months since my last visit, and was told im deferred for two weeks from today because THREE MONTHS AGO my pulse was too high. Management treats people who come in here like we are worthless. And they clearly have no interest in actually collecting plasma seeing as my PERFECTLY healthy vitals wouldnt be turned away if they did. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

Would be 5 stars but that old Guy Rusty is horrible at sticking. I try to avoid his section at all costs. 3 separate times he didn't put the needle in properly. The 3rd time I let him know before hand about the other 2 times and he still messed up. I never have to wait in a line.in and out in 1 hour tops.

I had a great experience.:) Front desk was friendly and able to say I don't know, but show me where to go. Place is clean and donors are friendly. Donation materials are disposable.

Working here is pretty decent at the end of the day it's work. And there is room for growth. Donors can be very rude at times. Busy days Wednesday Fridays and Saturdays. If your gonna be a new donor come at least 2 hrs before close. But over all the staff try an work hard and efficient. (Well most) Also if you have any plans and your in a rush to donate. Please don't come and expect for you to get out in 30 mins

Supposably my blood bag bursts inside the machine and i still sat with a needle in my arm for like 20 mins and nobody told me until i asked whats going on and they told me I can't come back because of their mistake

They have posters saying how customer focused they are. NO THEY ARE NOT! The staff sucks and treat you like trailer trash. Even though I live in a nice condo on the water and drive an Acura TSX?

If I could give it zero stars I would. As a new donor I was skipped over repeatedly. I sat there for 4 hours before I even got to see someone. The staff laugh and joke around and do nothing. This is absolutely the worst place I ever went. It needs to be shut down and all the staff banned from the medical field

If I have to sit there and wait 30 minutes to see a nurse every time I miss two weeks, I won't want to donate at your location ever again.

Come in and get ignored and skipped the last 3 times come in. Staff member Offilia sucks and she is the worst. In my opinion is a racist.

Employees power trip at times. Spend too much time talking about non work related issues. Could be a faster/efficient service if donors were look at as paying costumers our plasma is worth alot more then the $65 dollars a week they give. Donor are not begging for a hand out were exchanging gold for pennies
