Bad service, oysters were like burnt popcorn. Been going there for years. Tonight I was very disappointed

Not many people don't like ice cream. Nothing super special about an ice cream cone or a blizzard really, although they do offer larger cones than other places and they have more options for the blizzards. There was a couple cars in the drive thru line but they were able to get the order ready in a reasonable time. My only complaint is that 1 of the blizzards was runny before we even got it. In fact, they didn't even turn it over when they handed it to us. It was just as good as it was supposed to be, though. Just slightly melted before we got it abs it melted slightly quicker than the others did. We will go back but not often as this location is farther away from our home and the road its on makes it a little difficult to get to.

We waited more than 30 min with only 3 cars in front of us. All we ordered were 2 icecream cones.didn't even offer napkins.or "thank you for being patient. Small cones for the price we paid.

Poor attitude took way to long to get our food. We finished our ice cream before we got our one order. Every time I asked where our order was they would ignore me an roll there eyes. Nasty people and the place was not clean. Will not be going back there again.

I see why it has 3.5 stars. 45 minutes in drive thru with only four cars in front of us and one car only got a single blizzard. Unfriendly person taking the order, forgot one of our blizzards. Very good possibly on drugs.

This location kind of sucks. I only go because it's close to home. The NSB location is so much nicer and cleaner looking. Plus you can sit outside at a table. It seems here, the location is kind of dark and hidden. If you don't know where they are you will probably miss it.

The staff is friendly, but the place smells like a dirty bathroom. We tried to sit down but I was gagging. The place needs to be sanitized from top to bottom. We will not be returning to that establishment.

Management please have someone clean that place, I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.

I'd prefer for them to have a much cleaner store inside and use hairnets and gloves. I also asked for chocolate ice cream but got got vanilla instead. I didn't see it till I was home.

Not very friendly, only ordered 1 item, she made it wrong, then stormed off with a an attitude to remake it then skimped on the strawberries in the blizzard

Banana Split my favorite dessert, my Newphew took me here to celebrate my birthday last year. Simply awesome staff and server's a great big old and knowledgeable about the location of other stores, in that area. Right next to Launch Bank on US1 Ridgewood Ave. South Daytona.

Took over half hour to get just deserts while others who ordered food before us were still waiting. Others waiting in line to order left because they were being ignored. Only one cashier who was not paying attention and doing other things.

Stop there for lunch food was good had to wait a little bit for it though. The service was good the ice cream was better.

Food is ok. Building is older. Could use updating. High priced food joint but what isn't anymore.

I bought my daughter's birthday cake here! They are very respectful and kind. Cake was"AWESOME "!

HORRIBLE! Website and door clearly state closes at 10pm. At 9: 14 PM doors are locked and of course no one can acknowledge my child standing there. NO sign that says closed early. We will not be back.

By far one of the worst DQ's. They are always out of some product. Last time Jurassic chomp, this time Oreo. And to top it off only the drive thru was open with no notice other than a sign on the door. Cleanliness is always okay but noting to brag about. Could definitely use better management

This was one of my first jobs 10 years ago and I loved it, this was before it was branded DQ. It's depressing now. Runny blizzards, slow and miserable customer service. Really tarnishing the Dairy Queen name.

My husband and I went through the drive through of this DQ and were sorely disappointed. The service was at best, laughable. We ordered two blizzards, a chocolate extreme and an Oreo firecracker. Neither tasted how they should, and my husband ate half of his and drank the other half. Neither of us will be going back anytime soon.

Drive thru girl needs to clean up and really pay attention 30 mins for an order which I had to repeat 5x n her shirt was nasty.burn marks n beyond stained. Won't be going back there!

Super slow and bad customer service. Supposably under new management. Have seen a bunch of new faces but can't say they are any better. It is a real shame.
