30Seems like they are always training new staff or short staffed. We waited literally 20 minutes for our order of three blizzards and a banana split. That's pretty bad. I'm giving it a two star, because they did apologize at least, but still 20 minutes is way too long, and it wasn't busy.
Been there several times and it always on the dirty side. There's always plenty of help there but it seems like no one wants clean the lobby.
The chocolate dipped cones are the best! I've been enjoying them since I was a little girl with my granddad! Wonderful memories!
They are super nice and my grandkids love going their and two things of ice cream is only $2.75 yes I can't even believe it I love they're food my name is Jackie Pandich
This is the worst place. I finally quit going there because my order was ALWAYS wrong. Every single time I go, my order is wrong and it takes a ridiculously long time to get your food. Even if your the only one in the drive thru. Maybe they should consider having more people work then they might actually get your order out within the hour. Most of the time the girl working the drive thru is rude and unfriendly.
I have been sitting in the drive-thru for thirty minutes. The person in front just asked if anyone was there at the speaker. Terrible, terrible service!
We ordered 2 banana splits, got home and they had maybe 1 scoop of soft serve, 1 strawberry, a drizzle of hot fudge and a dab of pineapple. This is how both desserts were made. There were 8 people behind the counter walking around in circles, 2 were arguing. By far the worst service ever not worth 8 dollars.
Slow service. When I finally got my food it was wrong. Then their were no toppings under half way. Just horrible
Good food. Service was a little slow. But they were very busy. But even with a crowd and being busy. Servers where very pleasant
Usually the food is ok and ice cream is really good and derive is good. Tonight.omg. It took 30 minutes to get our food only for it to be missing food and the food they did bring wasn't right. It took 3 attempts for them to get it right. The poor ppl next to us waited 30 minutes and had to bring their burgers up EIGHT times before they finally got it right. And they weren't even offered a complimentary ice cream! That was unacceptable! Hopefully they just had an off night
