Davenport Property Management, Lake Worth Beach FL

The engagement of this management company in the neighborhood is non existent. While they are busy collecting dues they are not aware of the negative issues in the neighborhood they manage. Get it together Davenport.

I have been working with this company for many year as they manage the community where my house is located. They are a great company to hire. Kaleah is one of the Best assests they have assisting people with can do attitude and she gets the job done. She should be a manager very soon.

It's quite challenging and a daunting task running a property management company. They have manged to swiftly execute much needed matters for all property owners even at the last minute. Anna Mercado was not only very patient with me during my hard times but kept a great smiling face all the time. She is very efficient and manages to hold the helm, cool, calm and collected, even in the worst stormy weather. Kudos to all the staff at the Lake Worth office including Stephanie who is another superstar.

This is a great company to hire for your community. Kaleah is one of the Best Employees working there. She is a true Professional and an asset for Davenport Management.

. I am impressed how fast, informative and helpful they were. When you need the process to be done some certain time limit they really try hard to work with you.

However, everyone else including Lake Worth receptionist is no help. They lost documents and took over weeks to resolve any parking problem.

In the 16 years I have lived in my community Kaleah Green was the first person working at Davenport to get something done in a timely manner. Thank you so much Kaleah. Definitely 5 star service. She is a very pleasant person to deal with and she listened to all my concerns and issues and got things taken care of promptly.

I am visiting my son. He says he can never get a parking pass for me or anyone timely. I am here now, and no pass. It was supposedly sent by email by Stephanie Chischilly, but she does not attach it in the email. Here I am, on a holiday, the office is closed and no pass, so my car is parked a mile away from his apt. He says they do this stuff all the time. It is crazy that these people do not see how important it is for family or friends to have a parking pass when visiting. They don't care.

Our property is managed by this company yet our manager doesn't hold an office here nor is anyone willing to help.

Always professional and courteous service no matter who in the organization you speak. It appears that this is a top down attribute that is fostered throughout the organization.

Updating my previous 1 star review to a 5 star.

Mike the property manager is great. He is courteous, quick to reply and follows up on your inquiries.

He even came over my house to have a form signed in order to speed up my application.

Now if only my HOA was run by Mike. They are extremely slow and do not reply to emails. Nautica Lakes HOA.

Excellent customer service. Everyone at Davenport Property Management is pleasant and efficient. Especially Ana at the front desk she is very professional, has a positive attitude and is also extremely knowledgeable. I have been to Davenport a few times, and on one occasion I showed up a three minutes after closing time. Ana was very kind and allowed me to hand in my paper work and she even went over and obove duty by reviewing all of the documents to ensure they were correctly completed. Such excellent service is rarely see these days!

Anna at the front desk was amazing. I am completely new to this but she helped me get my paperwork together and basically walked me through the entire process. I got through everything much quicker because of her help. Thank you, Anna!

False Late Fees

They have slapped 11 late fees on us over the past 2 years. I keep having to prove to them that I paid on time. I have never been late with a payment. When things start to go smoothly they find random things to threaten us with:

A dirty drive way tile, our hose handle fell off the reel, remove our basket ball hoop or they will lock us out of our community and charge us up to $1,000 - we don’t have a basket ball hoop, nor have we ever, AND that is illegal for them to do EVEN if we did have one.

They forget these are homes and not dorm rooms.

We finally have decided to move because we are tired of being bullied by the hoa management company.

We literally moved to get away from the hoa.
