They give a price on the internet, but then when you say you are paying cash they add $700 of optional dealership added accessories to the price. Was told it is for filling the tires with nitrogen, window tinting, and wax that will last 6 months. That is not including the $900 dealership fee, license fee, and electronic filing fee. It is false advertisement and will be taking it to the BBB.

Very friendly and professional staff I ordered paint for my vehicle which I purchased for touch up detail and was surprise of the response with no appt by the person who does the aplication of the paint process he works the second shop in the back he made my day! I just want to say thanks and will be taking my new purchase vehicle there for its services from now on please dont change this image what a difference!

This has been the best car buying experience! Both Kyle and Laura were professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly nice and not pushy. Kyle helped us get a great deal and Laura was amazing, she made our experience at the dealership quick and seamless! We would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family! My experience starting out here was extremely disappointing because I had keep getting an answer back regarding my vehicle that “they didn’t know” and that “there’s nothing they can do until they hear from VW”. If it weren’t for me taking things into my own hands and contacting corporate, I would have sat around for even longer than I already have (been waiting for an answer since LAST NOVEMBER).

The ONLY reason why I am giving 5 stars is because of one employee. Mike was more helpful to me than the corporate case manager was (still haven’t heard back from her, it’s been over 5 days now). The 5 stars goes to him, not the rest of the service department. He sat down with me and made sure I fully understood what was going on and kept me in the loop as far as things working/ not working and what the next step would be. He called me immediately when my needed part came in and made sure that I got in that day. I am so grateful for his help and kindness through the frustrating process with VW. He saved this experience for me. Thank you Mike for all of your help!

My wife and I went here to look at a 2015 Toyota Sienna. We arrived without an appointment, and was greated by Randy. When we said that we were here to look at the 2015 sienna, he immediately said absolutely and said he would pull it around. After we test drove it we sat down with Randy and went over the numbers. When my wife and I told him what we had in mind he went to his manager, and came back with an offer that was very reasonable. Not once during our visit did they try to pressure us into buying the vehicle or try to get us to purchase a Volkswagen. They knew this is what we wanted and made it work for us. When we sat down with Jason to finalize the paperwork, he was very polite and answered all of our questions. Yes he offered extended service plans, we knew he would, since all the other places we looked at do the same thing, but with Jason we never felt pressured into buying the extended plan. Overall this was the best experience we had from any dealership that we went to, and we went to alot in the last week.

Went to get a new battery & was charged $60+ for labor for a simple battery change. Was also told to wait for 2+ hours despite having an appointment.

This is the worst dealership I ever dealt with, not only the sales and finance, also the service department. Bought a 2019 Tiguan, been to the dealership 5 times since January. The engine light is always coming on. They had to put exhaust pipe and the light stay off for a month and a half. Now back again with the same issues. The service department has no idea what is going on. They keep doing the same thing. Thanks for all the stressful life I had to go through and the inconvenience.

Came in on a Monday with no appointment at 8AM. A suspected wheel sensor failure had shown itself with multiple dash lights.
I was quickly greeted by Bridgette, an apprentice service advisor. She said they were busy, but I had no problem leaving the car for as long as necessary.
Her supervisor immediately diagnosed the same fault as had suspected and said it might be a while. (Can’t remember his name). I waited for traffic to die down before calling my wife for a ride. Before I could let her know, Bridgette told me it was fixed and that the car was being washed and ready in ten minutes.
Super fast, super friendly and super exact diagnosis.
I will happily return if/when other malfunctions crop up during the manufacturer warranty period.
This is a TDI buyback that comes with a bumper to bumper mechanical warranty for two years. It’s a 2012 and part of the diesel-gate make good the government imposed. 32,000 miles and handled promptly and competently.

Deven DeMan is a textbook example of outstanding customer service. I was reluctant to service my car at the dealership because of higher prices, but Deven was able to offer a reasonable cost for the services needed. For now on, I’ll service my Jetta at David Maus. Deven’s customer service skills were truly exceptional, and all times he was forthright and honest.

We walked in needing a new car and we were out within a few hours with a wonderful 2018 Atlas. Charlotte was super helpful, informative and extremely sweet and Jason was incredibly helpful through the whole loan process, they were both such a blessing. Awesome folks over there. If you’re looking to purchase a Volkswagen, we would highly recommend visiting them.

Do not deal with this dealership, I beg of you. For the past 3 years they've called me every month trying to either get me to either A) Sell my car, which I don't own anymore B) Trying to get me to by another volkswagen and deal with this hellish dealership. I've told them countless times to remove me from the list, but alas they call me like clockwork. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME, I'm tired of adding your numbers to spam in my contacts.

My 08 VW Passat had a recall everyone at S obt VW family really was professional from service to salesman dropped my car off earlyn the am had a 3pm appointment they had it done by noon thanks for all the help wish i could give you more than 5 stars

Took my Passat for its 10k service, and I was treated really well by Deven DeMan. I hope they give that man a raise or extra PTO that he deserves. Very courteous and professional. They even shuttled me over to Mc Donald's for breakfast. Will definitely bring my car back for its next service.

The service department works like a well-oiled machine. They offer a great car detailing service as well. The sales department is actually less pushy than you'll find at most car dealerships.

I knew what I wanted so it was a quick, efficient deal. Personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and professional, it was obvious that they had received good training which is a testament to good management. Great experience overall and I would highly recommend VW David Maus South.

I was very impressed with how efficient the sales and finance processes were. From when we agreed on a deal until I drove off was the shortest time I've ever experienced in buying a car. Curtis did an amazing job and made yhe whole experience feel seamless.

Just picked up my sons car after paying over $750 and $950 for the previous service they said would fix the car and now it will not even run! Beyond livid!
