READ THE PAPER WORK. THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND SOMETIMES PUT YOU ON A RETAIL INSTALLMENT PLAN IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT. MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SIGN THAT AGREEMENT. Arbitration agreements take away your rights to go to court. So you cannot send them to court for fraud or anything else.

If you buy a low-mileage used car, you shouldn't have significant repair costs for a while. Well, 2 months after this purchase and we're looking at a likely repair between $500-2000, not covered under the service contract they sold us (naturally), and on top of that they wanted to charge me a "diagnostic fee". I don't want to even hear the words "diagnostic fee" for at least 6-12 months. Just be aware, they might be selling you a headache instead of a car.

I came in for an oil change and was assisted by Mike Lombardi. He was very friendly and was clearly knowledgeable about the various services offered by David Maus VW South. The waiting area is super clean. Kudos to whoever cleans these floors—it rained heavily today, but the floors were spotless! The seating is more than adequate, and the waiting area offers complimentary Wi-Fi, phone charging, and beverages. I will definitely return.
