David's Bridal, Jacksonville FL

So I’m getting married in November and having never done this before I had no idea what to expect with my first fitting. Kirsten was not only super helpful but she was just overall awesome! Not only that but I found my dress! Also I spoke to Dawn a couple of times who helped me with my appointments and feel like I know her already! I highly recommend this location and please ask for Kirsten or Dawn if you can! Thank you so much ladies! ️️️️

Vashawn (V) was absolutely amazing! I gave her a few details of my personal style and she knew EXACTLY what to show and she made me feel so comfortable. The manager, Amy, was also helpful and comforting! I can't thank them enough for making this day worth it and full of happy tears! I have found the TWO dresses! Thank you so much V!

Picking out a dress at David’s bridal was a magical experience, as it should be. What set this experience apart from other was Alyssa Fleming. Alyssa was all the usual things a styling consultant should be: friendly, fun and easy. But even more than that, Alyssa went above and beyond. She was knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, she listened to what I wanted and didn’t push any styles on me, but made good recommendations. I walked out of there with everything I wanted and MORE.

So today was a special day for our family. I went with my Daughter and Granddaughter to pick a Wedding dress. My Granddaughter Katy had looked online and “thought” she knew exactly what she wanted but her Mom wanted her to try several different styles. We joke that you typically go in for one style and come out with the opposite of what you thought you wanted. Our sales associate Sarah was absolutely awesome. Katy tried on the dresses she picked online and she described to Sarah what she liked on each dress and what didn’t work. Sarah went back to the floor and came back with more dresses. She never acted as though she was inconvenienced at any time. She worked until Katy came out of that dressing room with tears in her eyes and a huge smile on her face. I can’t say enough about our experience. We were a large loud party and everyone made our day special. Thank You Sarah and Staff. This is something you do once and you made it awesome. Susan Harris

This was my 1st fitting. I had an appointment. When I arrived. The young lady that was helping me. Just left me in the room and went to help someone else
This is the reason for the appointment so I can have that one on one time. Well she finally came back and said oh your dress looks good and let again. By now I’m getting really frustrated. So she end up leaving me all together and 2 other ladies ask if I need any help.
I told them yes. One of the ladies was so rude.
The 3rd lady finally help me and got me out of there.
I was like wow. I was very kind about how I was being treated. But the customer service was very disappointing.

The customer service was very Respectful, Courteous and Helpful. The prices were very reasonable not at all what I thought it was going to be definitely had good sales. Over all it was a good experience to buy a suit for my wedding.

Amazing customer service and Casey was very attentive! I felt good & confident in this store!

I had a great experience at this store. I've had two appointments at this location to try on bridal dresses and both were enjoyable (and I found my dress the second time!). Nicole and Vashawn were so helpful and welcoming!

Amy at the Southside-Jacksonville location was amazing. I walked through the doors not knowing what I wanted and she was patient with me and helped me say Yes to the dress!

I picked up my wedding dress the other day and I am really happy with the dress and alterations! It is beautiful I highly recommend everyone there and Marly was so patient with me I changed my mind a few times and she was patient.

I had the best experience trying on wedding dresses at David's Bridal. The bridal consultant that helped me was wonderful and I am pretty sure she said she had only been working there 2 weeks! I have read mixed reviews on David's Bridal so I wasn't sure what to expect. I went in there with a game plan with probably 8 or so style numbers of dresses to try on. So I feel like I went in already knowing what to try on just looking from the website the dresses I loved and in the price range I wanted to stay in. The one dress I went there for that was on the top of my list I ended up buying. I literally have been trying to find that dress for months and finally found what bridal store had it. Originally I talked myself into not going to a bridal boutique and ordered 2 dresses online that were cheap and while I liked the first one and didn't like the second dress. I wasn't excited about wearing either one of them and kept dreaming about the dress I finally purchased yesterday. Going to a bridal store and to David's Bridal was the best decision and I am head over heels in love with my dress. I feel like it was truly meant to be! They had one dress and in one size in the store like the one I bought! And it fit me I was so worried it would be too small on the 2 hour drive down to Jacksonville and it wouldn't be the one and I would still go home without a dress. It fit me and was even a little big not too big though. The whole experience has honestly just put me on cloud nine! I am so incredibly excited and happy I went and came home with the discounted, discontinued dress there was only one of. Its definitely a dream for me to get married in and I can't wait to walk down the aisle and feel like a princess on my wedding day! A big thank you to making my wedding dress try on the perfect one! And a big shout out to the sweet bridal consultant that helped me yesterday she made my experience the perfect one! Also I was really impressed with the manager and all her help she remembered talking to me on the phone when I called to make sure they still had the dress I wanted! She remembered details of my conversation and so that was really nice too!

I went into the Southside David's Bridal over the weekend to find a dress for my "Gatsby " themed vow renewal. Jasmine was amazing! She found the absolute, most perfect "vintage" wedding dress for me and within my budget! Jasmine.you my dear, are a gem!

I had a great experience, everyone was very helpful and fun to be around. I walked out having found my perfect dress and thanks to Farie I was able to pick it up just 1 month later with a perfect fit:)

Kristen and Cintara were super awesome, they made my experience amazing. Kristen and I shared our stories and bonded to where she knew exactly what my dream dress was. I’m truly happy and grateful for my dress experience!

I came in today with no appointment to pick a dress out for one of my bridesmaids. We were helped by Kristin who I was told is a new employee! She was awesome! Kristin was very patient, helpful, and attentive. Thanks for the good experience.

I got my wedding dress here and my experience was amazing.but came back for bridesmaids and mother of the bride and the consultant was too busy looking at herself in the mirror. Wouldn't pull other dresses. We had to get them ourselves. She was working with another client.a bride. And made faces and committed about her size. I found it rude

Had an ok experience could of been wayyyyy better some of the workers are rude oh and when its time to pick up your dresses thry need to have a better system.as a bride i didnt expect to be talking to any kind of especially when im paying my hard earn money on my wedding on dress i hope the next bride dont have to experience what i did

Bridget was amazing! Had a great experience all around. Did not feel rushed and thought they did not actually have my size in my favorite dress but she went and checked again and found one so get to save some money on alterations. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment to get help with a bridesmaid dress. I was on a tight schedule, tight budget, but no restriction on dress type. The gal who helped me was AMAZING. She was able to pick out a few dresses for my to try on based on my likes and was able to give great feedback. I was in and out in 20 mins. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything I didn't want to or didn't like. Will be recommending others here!

I had a great experience today at David's bridal! Totally not expecting anything but wound up blown away I pulled several dresses and liked but didn't love them then my consultant Kristen pulled a dress and it was nothing I was imagining myself in.until I put it on. It was THE Dress! I love it so much and cannot wait to walk down the isle in it!
