I had a horrible experience at a boutique I went to before I decided to go to David's Bridal. Kristen was absolutely wonderful she made me feel so comfortable! She pulled all of the dresses I had liked online, but she also pulled one dress I had never even looked at because the picture online doesn't do it justice! I am absolutely in love with my dress and had a wonderful experience if you are looking for a dress go to this location and ask for Kristin!

Found my dress there during the sale. It was an amazing experience. They work very well with you and aren't pushy like other bridal shops I've been to.

Drove to Florida to try in wedding dresses with my grandma. She called and asked to schedule an appointment they said we didn't need to. Show up and they get rude because we had no appointment. Refused to let us handle gowns or have more then 5 at atime. Then after trying them on was trying to decide between 2 and they tried to kick me out! Horrible, drive to 1333 wendy court store in springhill way better!

Had a nice experience today at David's Bridal. Went in to look at wedding dresses for my daughter and she ended up finding the one. Her consultant Jessica was great and very helpful.

Love this place! Haven’t had the greatest experiences at other David’s bridals but the staff at the Southside location were exceptionally good. Jessi was the best, funniest, and most sincere consultant. The manager is great as well. Highly recommend this place. Friday evening appt was a great choice!

I had the best and most patient stylist. She understood what I wanted, made sure I stayed in budget. She didnt rush me, she let me take my time to find the perfect dress. Very Great experience!

I came in today to find a wedding dress. Lacey G was phenomenal. She made me feel like we were best friends within minutes. The second dress she picked was THE ONE. It was something I wouldn’t have even taken off of the rack! Lacey G has an eye for finding THAT dress and a wonderfully warm personality to soothe any nervous nerves! I RECOMMEND LACEY G TO ALL BRIDES!

Didn't get acknowledged and there was only a few customers in the store. Looked around for about 15 minutes and left.

Great place. Won't buy anywhere else. Lacey Nicole was all too helpful and patient with me. Very great experience

Went in to get a bridesmaid dress her. They said it should come in about June 2nd (this was back in february). Yesterday the bride was asking if everyone had their dress so i called in case it came in early. Turned out it had come in 6 days earlier and needed to be picked up within 7 days, but nobody had called to say it was in! Sorry guys im not a psychic

Customers Service was good unfortunately you all did not carry the style of dresses that I'm looking for. The young lady did tell me to check other stores that my have what I'm looking for. Thanks David's Bridal

Shout out to the gals in the alterations department! They are fabulous and know their stuff. Very professional and friendly. I didn't have an appointment when I walked in on a weekend afternoon no less, and they still got me in to take measurements to alter my bridesmaid dress in a timely manner. Just picked up my dress after a month and it's gorgeous! So happy with the outcome. Thank you for your hard work ladies!

Omg amazing experience if you make an appointment ahead of time and organize yourself. Tgey are very friendly and alterations department is very nice as well!

I absolutely LOVE Lacy the store manager! She always goes out of her way for customers to make sure their happy! And she always remembers your face! Alterations - man those ladies have some patience for all that pinning! Request Fairy when getting pinned up, she’s excellent!

Lacey at the David’s bridal at the avenues did a magnificent job! She helped my pick out my dress within twenty minutes and grabbed a little bit of everything! 10 out of 10 would recommend her! She is great!

I loved my bridesmaids visit! The manager Mrs. Lacy was awesome to work with fun attitude and was extremely helpful with wedding questions. She definitely filled in a lot of missing pieces for us. Also, loved Jasmine she was a big help as well and great attitude. Extremely, satisfied with my visit.

I am overly ecstatic about my gown I purchased today with David's Bridal! My stylist, Taylor, was professional and very friendly. I had visited a few other bridal shops prior to going to David's but they were smaller, cluttered, had minimal dresses and just not as inviting. Thank you for making the entire process a breeze!

The ladies in alterations are so sweet and great at their job! So thankful for their quick service and positive attitudes:)

Bridgette was nice, they were kinda busy and I felt like we were more of burden than a valued customer. We did find the perfect bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. I would still go back.
