23Horrible hotel and staff. Dirty rooms had to switch 3 times especially during covid that is worrisome. Will not ever stay here again
DO NOT STAY HERE! There are so many issues with this place. There is no bus service to and from the airport. Had to pay extra 60-70 dollars for Lyft. Very far away from everything.
If I could give it negative stars I would.
The room was dirty: trash, floor was nasty wore shoes to walk around in it, mirror was burned, mold, lights didn’t work, shower didn’t work, IM PRETTY SURE SOMEONE DIED HERE THE MORNING WE LEFT, you can hear everything happening outside the room, and water bubbles in the paint above the shower.
Whole place feels unsafe and decrepit. We stayed one night and left right away in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE. No refrigerator and no microwave. The people behind us in line left morning after too, they said they slept in their car because they were scared to stay.

Horrible Service. Very callous and and service was unwilling to help. Very understaff. I called and a lady was super rude and unhelpful, said she was the only one working at the hotel. On top of that, room had no A/C. Horrible night. Do not come here.
I attempted to stay here on 3 seperate occasions due to the price and late hours needing a shower and rest. Every time was a disaster and every room I was in smelled like mold and one had roaches from the moment i walked in. Sad service and rude employee.
Considering the price, it was fine. Don't expect a 4 or 5 star hotel when you pay for a 2 1/2 star hotel.
I was a disappointed in the breakfast, which, because of covid19, was reduced to a bag with some cookies and a Chewy chocolate bar. It was really a snack and not a breakfast.
They only had cable T. V, which I haven't seen for several years. I could not believe how bad it was. After getting accustomed to the thousands of selections, with none or 1 minute of commercials from Roku, this was annoying as hell. Only 40 channels with commercials for 3 minutes after 5 minutes of a program. Horrible.

Not enough towels
Toilet paper was at the end of the roll when we went in the room we called the front desk and were told the people who take care of the rooms were gone for the day.
Not to mention the lady at the check out counter was to busy to assist us with info we needed she was eating and on the phone on a personal call IT WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE NEVERRRR EVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION
Rude staff. Gross rooms-dirty pillows and black tub and sink. Smelly property. No outlets worked. No wifi. No TV. Not worth the price/location. I seriously want a refund for my experience their.
Place is a sh*thole. They left me to rot at the bus stop for 2 hours! Then they wouldn't let me check in without my wife. Rooms are shoddy and I think they have bed bugs.
If I could give 0 star I would, bad service, airport transport never came to pick us up, barely anything to eat for breakfast, rooms were not done when we got there so we had to wait AN HOUR for them to finish cleaning. Awful never again
Price is right, clean, only issue is traffic. Leaving is rough, depending on the time of day. Still I was pleased.
Helpful front desk. Room served its purpose. I wouldnt recommend it for more than a day. Shuttle service to the airport (customer service wise) requires a lot of patience and calm.
Waited an hour for the shuttle which never arrived. Had to pay $30 to reach n was told we have to speak to the manager to see if we might be compensated then took half an hour to check in n that staff (the ugly girl with no manners) was the worst thing ever she Charged us for a safe that was locked n when we called she said she couldnt do anything about it. I'm warning everyone to go elsewhere. Really horrible experience
If you have ANY other options than staying here TAKE IT! However if you don't mind horrible customer service, cockroaches, bed bugs, maybe you have fresh sheets maybe you don't, house keeping getting your "room ready" at 9pm, money and personal items missing from your room and management is a joke.this is just the place for you otherwise your car might be a better option.
So far, we've enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean. Initially our reserved room wasn't ready, so the desk clerk promptly issued us an upgraded room. We haven't had an opportunity to visit the swimming pool, so there's no comment there. Also, bear in mind that there is no exercise room and the continental breakfast is basically pastries.
I made reservations for December and trying to cancel in August and they wouldn't wave the fees. Customer service was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will not book with them again.
Shuttle from the Airport to the Hotel was stressful. They didn't get there until half hour later than the time they told me. Apart from that the Hotel is nice though. WiFi isn't so good either.
Older motel but the room was clean. Breakfast is good for the price. But don't count on the shuttle service from the airport. I waited an hour. The bus never showed up so I took a taxi. The front desk said I would be reimbursed for the fare but that never happened either.
The room was comfortable but the sheets were horrible. The best part of my trip was interracting with the lady in the kitchen. She is from Jamaica and she was so welcoming. She made me and my family feel like we were back home.
Pay for room that I seen that was renovated on ad gave me a outdated room from the seventies with mildew smells
Too bad 1 star is the lowest rating. Customer service is the beginning of a hotel experience. When Priceline will refund an entire trip the same day you know it's bad. Management at this place really believed they were some sort of hotel gods. Understand I was angry enough and he knew he worked down the street from Ft Lauderdale police station. Good luck with that. Needed home training and some authority at his home evidently. Don't come out of your home and demand respect, get respect at home first.
