23 HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE!
We waited an hour to check-in, only to be given the wrong room key and forced to wait another 30 minutes. By the time we got in our room, we only had time for 2 1/2 hours of sleep! We were told to be at the office by 4: 45 am for 5: 00 am shuttle. At 5: 10, staff tells us shuttle driver isn’t answering his phone so we have to grab an Uber. We almost missed our flight. Also, shuttle is old and disgusting. Rooms are a bit cringy. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! I emailed this location and corporate and they refused to give me a refund. This location is an embarrassement to the hospitality industry.
We talked to them on the phone about available rooms they yes but after we drove for ten hrs we just wanted some rest but they told us because we were walk in we had to wait hrs for rooms
I spend two nights there. The first night we found roaches in the room so we switch to an another room. The second night was fine but not much of an breakfast options.
