DEFY Port Saint Lucie (Previously Flying Panda PSL)

I drove an hour to get there it wasn’t worth it. It gets boring very quick and the regular trampolines were not good.

Had a great time with friends, but was a little concerned that the staff was more concerned with a group of adults, rather than the kids running atound not paying attention to who is on what apparatus

So much fun, all the staff was awesome and really had a grat time. Now signed up for a monthly pass!

This is the 2nd year in a row we’ve held my oldest and youngest joint birthday parties at Flying Panda. Both times overall good experience- the individual party planner they assign you specifically each time was wonderful with the kids, attentive, on point! Pleasant group to work with!

My only suggestion last year and again this year to the establishment is to add an hour to the party. 1 hour of jump time followed by 45 minutes in a room is not enough time. Starting promptly at a time for 1 hour of jump time does not allot for families to be late otherwise their kids suffer and lose the time and then the paper release takes time (when almost everyone at our parties are already in the system since they all come there on their own, this is another silly step that no one wants to do), and then 45 mins in a room is not enough time- it takes 10 mins or more to get all the kids in there once the announcement is made over the loud speaker and then pizza and cake and singing and after that the staff has already loaded gifts on a cart to take to your car because you don’t get to open them there as your time is up. I don’t think this should be for the price paid. I also think there needs to be some jump time after the party room because ALL THE KIDS eat and then immediately assume they get to go back to playing.

My suggestion is when they rent you a room you get it for 2-3 hours period. It’s your room. Not for 45 mins after jumping cause the parents may want to sit and socialize but we can’t go in the room until an hour into the party which again is silly.

Like I said, we will probably do another party there next year as the kids love it and the staff themselves have always been great, this is just a suggestion for whoever created the birthday party program. Somethings to consider to really make it worth people’s while.

Great trampoline park right across from the Met Stadium. Pay by the hour but they do have different monthly membership options. The place is always clean and never smells. Lots of college students work here. Some employees I have found, do not pay attention to what is going on.

We love this place! They have several unlimited jump passes offered throughout the year which is fabulous for home school children. Always fun!

I live in Orlando Florida came to PSL for my stepsons graduation and he asked to come here when we got here we were welcomed by this lovely group of guys and gals who work here they were very knowledgeable about all the services and made sure that we had a blast they have made a new Customer out of me and do not mind driving the two hours To be greeted by this fun and energetic group thank you guys for making my experience here amazing

Bought tickets online, and signed the forms so I didn't have to bring my stuff in. Had my id and cc. They couldn't pull up my name without the barcode. Ugh. Luckily I was there with a friend so I didn't have to drag the kids back to the car and make them wait. Then my other jump socks weren't good enough so I had to purchase more socks. Then with all this we were about 12 min late for our jump. I guess I learned for next time. But I will go back to planet 3 before I go back there. We drive 45 min to each, so it doesn't matter. Just more difficult of a process at flying panda. But they do have a few more obstacles at flying panda.

Fun place to bring your kids. If you whear a size 13 or larger shoe. Good luck getting the socks on.

It's great on all levels. I bring my kids for 2 hrs to wear them out. And I get my exercise that my DR's complain I don't get enough of. The price is awesome and can't be beat for what you get. The staff there is phenomenal as well

Best choice EVER! Brought a few of my own decorations but the room is fuller set up with table clothes plates cups. And the pizza that comes with party’s is papa johns which is amazing as well! Well worth the money! Kids had an amazing time! VERY QUICK, AND EASY! And Jada was amazing helped me unload the truck and set up the party, managed and clean up room and helped me load up food and presents back to car, and to me that was AMAZING SERVICE! Sooo please make sure you TIP YOUR HOSTESS.especially when they do a awesome job like she did. Definitely coming back again!

Great facility! It's near the highway which is great since I don't live near by. The variety of things to do at the park is awesome, it's nice to see more fun activities on the trampolines instead of arcade games. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming but the staff in the park not so much. You definitely need a more lively interactive staff for that, most looked annoyed to be there and I went when hardly anyone was there. Other than that I loved it, I'll be back for sure!

Had a great time! Took my daughter on her 4th birthday and she had a blast! Everyone was so sweet to her. What a great staff!

Once we were there flying panda was a great time. Variety of activities other than just trampolining. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with is when I made the reservation and the person I talked to on the phone neglected to tell me they don’t serve pizza for bday parties before 12pm and I reserved a party for my daughter at 10am and I had sent out the invites already.

I had my boys birthday there, everything was taking care of, they privide me with a personal assist to help out, he was awesome. I also purchase the membership because my boys love going there to meet up with their friends. The staff is friendly, and go out their way to assist you and answer any questions. I was over paid for an extra jumper, and they took care of it, my money was deposit back into my account quickly, there was no hassle, no hard time in getting my money back. I would definitely recommend Flying Panda ti family and friends. Great place for teens to hangout and stay physical fit.

Fun for the whole family- from toddlers to teens! Tramopolines of all kinds, climbing wall, ninja warrior type obstacle course, trapeze, dodgeball & parkour sections & more! Great atmosphere, plenty of places for parents to sit & watch.

13 year old grandson loves the challenges. Is constantly trying o stretch his talents. Staff well trained, polite and caring wit th young clients. Very clean. 5 stars.

Bought my tickets online for 11: 30am jump time before arriving, arrived @ 11: 15am. Waited 40mins in-line to get to the counter. We ended up not jumping until 12pm. If you buy tickets online than you should not have to wait 40 mins in a line to check in. There should be a separate line from the general line. The whole point of buying the tickets ahead of time is to save time from waiting Inline.

Love it! Everyone is super nice! Just had my son's b-day there and they were very helpful and everything turned out great! Will definitely be returning soon!

Today was our first trip and we had a really good time. Please put another location in northern Palm Beach or even Stuart! It was great fun and exercise for the kids and adults.
