The facility is nice and it's a lot of fun. My only issue is the staff that's supposed to be monitoring the kids just stand there while the kids go insane running, cutting the line, and wrestling. Granted it's understood that watching a kid (s) is the parent's responsibility but watching young kids get blasted in the face by kids that are completely out of control is disheartening. When my fiancee tried talk to the employee she just stood there and allowed it to continue to happen. Being here should be an enjoyable family experience and I don't think I'd find watching my own child get blasted in the face with a ball enjoyable. I avoided the problem altogether by not allowing my children to be involved in all that mess.
