Destin Harbor Boardwalk reviews
32Bring lots of cash. Lots of fun. We watched the parade which everyone enjoyed. They have lots of activities.
Oh how much I loved being here the past Labor Day weekend. Its a far drive and pretty long distance to travel but l found solace here. The beach was so clear and the sand. The food and drinks was great especially the pineapple daiquiri. I will definitely be going back here because there wasn't enough time to do everything lol.
If you are into walking through harbortown and going to a couple bars overlooking the bay and getting a couple drinks, you are in for a treat! We stopped at AJ’s and Margaritaville.
Pretty cool place to walk around and catch a fishing tour or eat at a restaurant. Recommend Harry T's or the restaurant on the very end. There's a 7D theater, which is real fun. I don't like the parking policy, $10.00 to essentially park in a gravelly lot. But that's how they make their money.
Honestly, I would save your money and go to other places in Destin. Its a nice place for a stroll but if you are looking for food and souvenirs, go some place else in Destin. Otherwise, a total tourist trap!
I really thought it would be a much longer boardwalk than it was, but if you want to find activities to do, this is the place. Everything you could think of to do on the water, even zip-lining, this is the place!
Was fun. Good drinks. Luv the hydrojet ride. It was probably the best thing besides the beach of course
This is the place everyone should visit while in Destin! It's like an outdoor market with vendors selling clothing, food and mementos. It was super hot since we had just got back from a dolphin tour but there were icecream stands all over. I will be back tomorrow to get some more sightseeing in!
Our favorite spot to visit when we go to Destin! Great shops and restaurants for the entire family to enjoy. During the summer they have fireworks on Thursday nights which adds a little magic to the vacation. Love it!
A lot going on here. If you like a carnival atmosphere with live entertainment, shops and people watching, this place is for you. Personally, i found it a bit too busy for my taste. We stayed a few miles down the beach for peace. However, i enjoyed the experience immensely and will no doubt return.
Tourist trap. If you're not boarding a boat for some kind of excursion then it's best to just walk around and window shop. Definitely don't buy. Tourist prices too.
