Horrible place ever. No information, no respect for anybody that goes to that place. To get your drivers license in Florida you need to be very patient and insist. You have to wait a lot, because they don't have appointments any time soon at Delray beach, and in the places that they don't do appointments anymore, you wait hours and they suspend the tests before the time that they were supposed to do it. And you don't receive any information, it's very disrespectful.they say it's between 7 to 5, you go there 2 pm, there's nothing anymore. Horrible services at Florida. We need to show this to the world. Put this disrespectful treatment on public, show that this is how they treat people that are trying to get their license in Florida. It's unbelievable.

I use this office regularly for rebuilt inspections of repaired prior salvage inspections. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here. They are professional yet helpful and give advice freely. I used to get my inspections done at the Palm Beach county office. Every single car I took they found an excuse to send me away to come back later. It was almost as if they delighted in spotting a box not checked or photo missing. They would spend ages arguing as to why they could not do the inspection much as they supposedly wanted to. Compare them to this office and the difference is huge. Here they are proactive and they solve problems. For example, they needed a sales tax certificate for an insoection and they called me 5 days before to tell me to bring it along. They spotted the problem and solved it. Palm Beach County office would have waited til I got there, thdn gleefully informed me they could not proceed as they were missing the sales tax form. It's amazing the difference a well trained professional staff can make to your dealings with government officials. Well done Broward dealer services. 5 stars richly deserved

I was with my daughter in line outside their office at 5: 30 am. Thinking we would get our application processed before those who came in later than us. Wrong! Those that came in later (about 6-7 applicants) were accomodated and processed before my daughter. This is not right! So disorganized! They shouldn't even get a one star.

If I can give them a 0 rating I would. Waited 2 hours for a 30 minute procedure. Very slow and garbage.

Went here Friday January 22. The staff here is extremely rude. They will also turn their backs to you if you try to get their attention for any information.

Nice clean place, nobody knows what they are doing. All new or in-training people, making mistakes. Supervisor just looking around, not helping. 2&1/2 hours for a 30 minute procedure. Just be aware, read your paperwork before you sign, as the woman checked all the wrong boxes. Good luck

Be ready to the most nasty people ever. Not helpful at all. 0 human. They use to be the best. Now they are the worst.

This is NOT a DMV they are a third party service. Big waste of time. They should not be allowed to go by DMV Margate. More like tag agency. The pictures they have are pictures of the Drivers license building next door. Go inside to see for yourselves.

The employees are great, the process is broken. After living in four other states, Florida by far the worst DMV operation/process.

Long line at 830 but moved very quickly! Was in and out in 1.5 hour for a renew and name change. Friendly and organized staff as well

This DMV is criminal. Their management will argue with you knowing they are dead wrong. After seeing the frustration of several other aggravated customers around me, I went to the Lauderdale Lakes DMV and had my issue quickly resolved with a smile. On top of that, they saved me $2000 that Margate claimed I owed. They are criminals! Go to Lauderdale Lakes!

Waited 3.5 HOURS on 8/13/2018 to get a learner's permit for my daughter. We waited on FOUR lines.

The two managers on duty were mean, rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. I was there for my daughter - not to waste 3.5 hours at the DMV. Thought it was extremely disorganized. Both managers should be fired for treating customers so rudely and unprofessionally.

Wow what a difference from the Pembroke Pines DMV. Everyone is in air conditioning and seated and the staff are nice and friendly. I’ll drive out of my way anytime to come here and to never have to go to Pembroke Pines office ever again. Thank you Margate DMV smiling and being friendly goes a long way.

First off you can not even get in without waiting on line, which was a hour and 15 minutes. Obviously the place and staffing is not big enough to handle the volume. I even seen people dropping from the heat outside. This is my second visit in a month so not just a one off.

Place is run by drill sergeants! Everything is orderly and organized. To avoid a long wait make sure you have an appointment. Staff that I dealt with were extremely courteous.

For a government office it's run like a well oiled machine. Thank you for opening early and getting us out of the morning heat.
