Superb customer service is rare these days and Don Mealey Chevrolet has exceeded my expectations! Jeff Leader in Sales and Jonathan Roberts in Finance were such a pleasure to work with. Both take pride in creating customers for life. Thanks guys!

Such a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable with the COVID procedures, and valued as a customer. Our salesperson Jason went above and beyond to help me with my first car buying experience. I have already recommended him and the dealership to my family and friends and will definitely return for future car buying needs.

Just wanted to leave these guys a review. It was my first time taking a car to this location and they went above and beyond. Fixed the issue fast and fixed a few other things free of charge. Personally this will be my go to from now on. Just recommended this location to my family. Thank you guys for the great service

Drove here once, the vehicle online is missing. No where. Chatted online with their people who said the next day that, yes, it is there. Drove over again.guess what? Not there. No response from emails.

Oh! Guess what! We found it. It’s not on the lot because the car is “infested with ants. ”

Probably not interested in buying a car with pest control issues. ‍️‍️

My family has purchased a total of 4 cars at Don Mealey, we could have gone anywhere but we love the service at Don Mealey! From Jarett (Sales), Jonathan (Finance), Mike (Service) and John F (Service), these guys are an awesome team. I have recommended friends and family as well to experience the difference - Customer service at its best!

I want to Thank Cheyenne Cashwell for her professionalism and determination in finding us and getting us approved for our 2017 Nissan Frontier Dessert Runner. We were in quite a bind and her knowledge of the inventory and on the spot help along with her sales Manager Louis made the whole process easy and pleasant!

This is my third purchase from this dealership. The helpfulness from the service team John, Michael, Nick & Brandon with my old Silverado is why I decided to purchase my new vehicle at this dealership. The sales team Jarett, Jonathan, Jon & Rodney went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle.

This is going to a long review to explain everything. Hopefully this will be helpful. I honestly should give a one star rating. However the sales side when we bought our 2017 Chevy Camaro SS was good. I have always, and I mean always been untrusting of mechanics, this is important to point out as will be seen later in the review. This is because too many have tried to lie, not fix, etc, to get more money. It took years for me to trust Ford of Clermont's service department. Now, I see Don Mealey seems to have a decent rating, I guess I am the unlucky one. I brought my SS in for a warranty issue with the torque converter. Now, I understand they have to follow GMs bulletin for the warranty work. Which by the way is the stupidest list of steps I have ever heard of. Anyway, first we were told the torque converter needed to be and would be replaced, Lie #1. Then we were told that they had to flush the lines AND we had to drive the car for 200 miles before GM will actually replace the part. This is because the transmission fluid needed to be "broken in" and it takes 200 miles to do that. So, even if we drive down the road and it began to shudder again we could not bring it back. Which BTW it is shuddering again. I asked what the real reason was for the 200 miles. Were they hoping the warranty would run out? That we would trade in the car, whose value would lesson due to added miles? See, this car has maybe 5 miles a week put on it. That's it. As the years went on it would retain excellent mileage, but not with GMs policies it wouldn't. Now, 200 miles doesn't seem like a lot. This is 200 miles for this issue. Not considering future issues it may have. Anyway, here's lie number 2: We were told by the service manager that they just flush the cooling lines. Yet our paperwork stated they flushed the transmission, changed the filter, check the magnet, etc. So which is true? Or did nothing get done but GM was charged? I mean honestly. Then we were told, by said manager, that 70% of vehicles were fixed of the torque converter issue by flushing the lines. Now this may be true, i do not pretend to be a mechanic. However he then proceeded to count the work orders on his desk that were having the torque converters replaced. Hmmm, lie number 3? The manager goes on to state that they want the money so they would love to have replaced the torque converter. I am not stupid, I know that you get more money by doing this first knowing its probably not going to fix it. So its brought back in again and you then replace the torque converter and get the money for it. So it is actually better for the dealership to have GM do this. I however will not be bringing my car back in to them. I will have my paperwork showing this step was already done and will drive farther out of my way to another Chevy dealership. So here we stand, with a car with a bad torque converter, that we cannot have replaced under warranty until we finally reach 200 miles minimum. I have to worry with each time I drive that this issue could break my transmission and I get stranded. Even though the manager assured me that this has never happens. I don't think I will take his word for it and continue to not trust mechanics on top of NEVER returning to Don Mealey Chevrolet. Not for my Camaro and not for my husbands service vehicle. Oh and one more thing Nick taking it personal, and accusing us with getting mad at him, is not they way customer service should be handled. We were upset with GM and their stupidity. Now, Nick is the one that did state that the torque converter would be replaced. So I guess being upset with him wouldn't be unwarranted, but we actually we not upset with him. Although my husband did ask to not have to deal with him the last time he brought his service vehicle in because he was off the chain rude. I guess I shouldn't be too surprised with his behavior.

Bought a car and truck from Anthony Flores. We live 3 hours from the dealership so I had to count on him to put the deal together over the phone and trust him on his word. Everything went smooth once we got to the dealership. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. Went the extra mile for me. Thanks Anthony

I have a clicking noise on my 2107 Silverado truck and took twice to get it fixed. The noise stop for less than a day and camer back. Now I need to go back it’s such an inconvenience to drop off your vehicle for half a day. Hopefully they will fix it this time.

The service department is pretty good for the most part! However, when I first starting bringing my car there I originally asked that they never wash it. It's a black Corvette 3LT Z51 and I only trust myself or my detailer to wash the car so it doesn't get scratches. Picket it up last week and they washed it, guess the first time I asked it was disregarded.and now there are some mild scratches in my paint, but it also has a ceramic coating done on it so I have to take it to the place I got the coating done for them to correct it so I don't void my 10/ yr warrantee. I don't like leaving a bad review for a place with good service, but I feel like something should have been done or offered at least to help compensate me for the bill on repairing the ceramic coating and having the car in the same condition prior to them washing it, especially since I asked for it never to be washed. I'll post an update if anything does happen, since I'm also going to let the survey person know as well what happened when they call to follow up with the service. Still. Very aggravating.

I expressed interest in a 2019 Corvette using the online system. A short time later Chris from internet sales contacted me. We established an appointment for 11: 00 AM the next day. When we arrived we were met by Chris and Christian, who was the Corvette sales specialist. After a 15 minute test drive we agreed we were going to purchase the vehicle. I was trading in a low mileage Mustang Convertible. I had done my valuation research. Their first offer to me was not far off my estimate and after one counter offer we agreed on a final sale price. While Miguel in Business and Finance Dept.was preparing our documents Christian took the time to set up OnStar and Apple Carplay with me while also reviewing the vehicles many features. While we were in the business office Christian went to fill the gas tank. We were driving home in our new Corvette before 1: 30 in the afternoon. 2 1/2 hours start to finish. Can't beat that. Everyone we dealt with were professional and courteous. A nice combination.

We have purchased 4 Chevys from this dealership and each purchase has been a breeze. No pushy salesmen here. All super friendly and helpful. We will not go anywhere else. Also their service department is the best. Our last salesman was Anthony Flores and we highly recommend him. Very laid back guy and easy to deal with with. Same with Marc in financing. We will be back soon when our son purchases his first car.

Great customer service. I actually had a problem with a truck that I bought over there and John - manager was very understanding and friendly. Also the lady who sold my truck (Juliya) was great in every single aspect, very knowledgeable, easy going and professional. One of the best dealers I ever worked with

Best experience ever purchasing a used vehicle. They agreed to repair broken items and gave me a better deal than I anticipated going in there for. I will be a repeat customer. Joseph Anthony was an excellent person to deal with. 5 Stars is justified.
