Yet another 5 Star performance by the team at Don Mealey. Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. I was a little early but they got it in and out in just under a half hour, they also brought a couple other things to my attention. Great bunch of people there. Good job team! Thank you very much!

Don Mealey Chevrolet has grabbed onto my email address and won't stop sending me span. I have never visited them and don't even know where Clermont Florida is located. I don't recall visiting their web site since I have not been car shopping for over two years. I'm only writing this review to warn others of their inappropriate internet spamming.

I am all about Customer Service and they were outstanding. Don Mealeys’ Team, went above and beyond for me as a customer: They have excellent customer service throughout the dealership. They are Team players! They actually care about the customer. I had an amazing experience and I respect there team. They work for you and make sure you are satisifed throughout the whole process. From my experience, working for a floorplan company. Iam impressed with there showroom, general facility and staff. Buy a car from Don Mealy! You wont regret it.

Not a good place to shop. First salesman Dave Coke lied to us about the car we went to purchase. He told us it was at the body shop to repair a dent in the hood and it was actually to repair side panel damage. Dave told us the car would be back the following day and he would call us when it was there. Not one word from him. We called the dealership a couple days later and asked to speak to used car sales. We talked to David Rivera and he said the car was back, so we went to look and test drive the car and he referred us to Jeremy Noles. It was late in the evening and Jeremy Noles said he would get back with us the following day once financing was arranged. The dealership had the bright idea to run credit 8 times! Which of course lowers your credit rating. Jeremy never called. Called back again after several days and talked to David Rivera and told him our concerns with credit being run some many times, he told us he would get with a manager and get back to us. Still waiting! I guess we should have asked when we would here from him. It's been more then a week and no calls from any of the salesmen we dealt with or a manager. Maybe we will get a call back on the 12th of NEVER!
I will never return to this dealership and will strongly discourage any of my family or friends to do business with Don Mealey Chevrolet.
