I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IF YOU WANT TO SPEND ONE OF THE WORST DAYS OF YOUR LIFE, THIS CITIO IS THE PLACE. Most of the staff veryyyyyyyy aggressive and lousy customer service. The person who takes the practical exam rudely and treats you super badly. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

This is the worst place ever people don't come to this location they will treat you very bad saff ever worst security worse service do not come here.

My daughter got her learner's license here and the staff was really nice, it was also a fast process. She toke the test, presented her documents and toke the picture and done. We will go and get her license here as well. Nice experience.

Must come in with appointment during Covid.and for what? It’s been an hour and still I’m outside in a line. “Be here 5min before appointment” they say. And then they charge me a $15 late fee! I made the earliest appointment a month ago, how is it my problem that they can’t handle the population?

It is the worst place, the people don’t know what they are doing. They don’t like to work so lazy. They ask one requirement a the time. Also they don’t care how long you have to be there waiting until they finish chatting with other people. They don’t respect your turn and they say complain to the government and laugh.

Every time I call the number doesn’t work and they keep saying appointments online but that doesn’t help neither‍️

I had an appointment, I confirmed the appointment, I arrived on time for my appointment, and I had all required documents needed for my appointment.they decided to close the office. No text, no call, no email.is this what is passing for acceptable from our state government today? If so, I do not have hope for the future of the state of Florida.

Don’t come here for written exam/ permit. Outside it says they administer the exam until 4pm but the lady said they stop at 3pm, then she said they stopped at 12pm. Next She said the computers weren’t working. Sounding like she was making up lies to get me to leave. I asked her when the computers would be fixed. She said they don’t know. If the computers are broken there should be a sign outside warning people. Lastly, the person at the information desk left for a long time and wasn’t signing anyone in. So the person attending the door was haphazardly signing people in when she felt like it.

Inefficient and poorly organized. They have a poor attitude and dont consider other peoples times. There is no communication between employees here and will have you coming back over and over due to their incompetency. Better employees wouod solve this issue.

The place is so jam packed, full with lines leading out the door and around the corner. No way! Too busy for my taste. Don't even try to make an appointment - nothing available til mid of next month.:/ too late then.

WORST DAM DL OFFICE EVER! They pass you down from line to line without knowing what you need/have

Was there to renew liscence, i got there @ 7: 30 the doors opened @ 8 and i was finished b4 8: 30 the service was great the mangerment team thts works there is wonderful

It's been two months since I went to the office and my new license has not come home yet. My temporary driving permit has expired and I will have to go personally to get an explanation because they do not answer the phone either.

This is the busiest driver's license place I have ever seen. However, they have an exellent management team. I thought it would take me hours to renew my drivers license. Fortunately, I was able to get everything in less than twenty minutes. Congratulations guys. The only improvement you need to do is to make it nicer. The staff is amazing and ready to help. I also like the diversity. It's better right now.

Not the prettiest DMV, and it was pretty crowded, but they were setup to be very efficient. Checking people in line to make sure they had their documents, organized movement of people, etc. Staff was professional and got the job done. I was pleasantly surprised.

This DMV used to be very organized. This was my go to DMV since it was always in and out in less than 30 minutes, but it has turned in to a circus. They make you wait in a humongous line outside that turns the corner. Will only let the people requiring services inside, which is understandable, but makes it inconvenient when you have to help the person that needs the services. I'll never come here again, that's for sure!

Came here to renew my license. Went in at 8: 45 and was out before 9. Friendly staff, no wait, no long lines when I went. No complaints. Went to another location in Plantation and the line was out the door.

I have to say in all the years I have been dealing with the DMV this is the fastest and friendliest place to deal with!
