This is the worst place I have seen. Very incompetent and rude personal. Is just a shame that a government office, running with taxpayers money, have such a mediocre work environment, when there are so many good professionals out there looking for a job. You have the feeling of a third world experience. We have been more than 2 months waiting for a single ID. Is absolutely ridiculous. This is the result of Miami County politicians.
I went there twice and twice they gave me wrong info about the documents I had to bring to change last name on my DL. The second time when I got out I found that someone tried to broke into my car and broke my car lock.very dangerous place and no security
By far the best place I have ever gone. Fast, fast service, very helpful and very nice. I was out in a flash and they gave me picture license right there within 5-10 minutes. I would definitely go there again, even if it means a drive!
