DO NOT I REPEAT NOT BUY A CAR FROM ANY DRIVETIME! They will rip you off! I brought a car from them and a week lateri notice my transmission was slipping, called the warranty place and although it’s covered they’ll send their claim adjuster to test the car and denie anything you say that’s wrong with it!

First off the sales agent I spoke to on the phone; wasn't there. However, the agent I did work with, Camisha Garcia, was fantastic: as was everybody that worked there. The day started in what could have been seen as a "bad" morning. The manager got there at approximately 8: 45am and realized he left the store keys at home, and had to go back to get them.
Some people may have gotten annoyed but we made the best of it and talked and laughed.
Once we got inside Camisha immediately took me to her desk and began the process. Within minutes she was able to pull up a vehicle that fit all my requirements.
It turned out my car was at another location, so, we [Camisha and I] hop in a car and head out. We talked as well as laughed about life in general. Her family, mine.the whole nine. Only to get right down the road from our destination to Camisha got a call from her manager, to say, "that car is already reserved for someone, we need it on our lot". And with a smile and without skipping a beat Camisha apologizes and we go back to replace the vehicle.
I could continue to tell you about my experience at drive time with Camisha but why not check them out for yourself. Trust me when I say I've never experienced joy before while buying a car or motorcycle until today.

Welcoming environment, my sales advisor Antonia Tracy, had a bubbly and approachable attitude. She went out of her way to make my first time car buyer experience a great one. I am happy I choose drive time as my destination to buy my car. I am very happy with my decision. ;). Go on head to drive time, you'll be sure to get popcorn, coffee or water offered to you.

Arlene Moore was absolutely the sweetest and patient person! She walked me through every step from start to finish! My children even enjoyed the great service and never once complained at the amount of time we were there!
