Amazing experience at the West Colonial office! As soon as I walked in I was taken to my sales expert and from start to end it was amazing. Mr.will (Frandy) greeted me and went straight into making sure he did what he could to find me the car I wanted with the perfect price, Mr. Will kept his word on price and informed me about absolute everything. At first I was expecting to get fed a beautiful dream and get disappointed at the end but Mr. Will kept it honest all the way which made me so pleased. I'm so thankful for all of his help. The service was nice considering they were 2hrs. From closing. So the process was rushed. I didn't have a chance to fully test drive the vehicle, the sales rep. Drove the vehicle off the lot, parked at a gas station and had me drive it back which was one block over several stop signs, not getting a good feel of weather the car actually works. I got it home and parked it in my driveway.
Come out the next morning, the car won't start (broke down) on me. Not a good look at all. Back to the beginning No Car! Spending more money now for Transportation to get to work. All I want is my refund deposit.
