They have really went down hill over the past year or so.not happy & will not be returning.

Given old coffee & they don't listen to the way I ask for my iced coffee to be fixed!

Mobile orders are so quick and easy to pick up at this location. No waiting. Just mobile order run in and its ready and waiting for you to grab and go.

Great service, clean store. Would have been 5 stars if they didn't run out of donuts and certain flavored drinks so often.

The line was slow-moving but the servers were super friendly and were very happy to give my pupper a pup-cup. All in all a good experience!

So. How do you mess up a black coffee, do you forget to put it in a cup? No you put cream and sugar in when asked not too.

Store #340942 is amazing. Josh was showing Macy how to take my order.she did a stellar job. My belly was eating my backbone so I went inside as my Son drove thru. I was impressed at how effective and efficiently the team expedited me in the lobby and my Son thru the drive thru. Thank you Jessica for hooking me up with the condiments. Employee, April is abrasive and accusatory. Her customer services skills are non existent. She felt the need to scold me while I was in line for no reason. Her bad mood makes your business look bad.

Good anytime & nice assortment of new breakfast sandwiches. This is March 14th 2020. Not sure when the specials in but it's a hell of a deal right now.

I go to Dublin Donuts often, I really like their coffee. This morning I was hungry and wanted a bagel sausage egg and cheese sandwich. I waited in line for my turn to order. But then the girl said I'll be right with you, and she went off helping others, and I had to wait again. When they finally did take my order it was up quickly. I think they could have used some extra help as they were very busy.

This D&D is not honoring the refill cup price. Even when you bring in the refill cup. They are charging regular price for their coffee. The D&D on Spring Hill Drive and Mariner is giving you a large coffee cup at the refill price. You still have to bring your D&D refill cup for the price.

. That caffe mocha and Vanilla headlight, yum! I only wish DD wasn't so stingy on the filling part.

This dunkin is normally on point but this past Sunday was a different story. Long wait, not a friendly drive through employee, and wrong coffee was given. They corrected it and apologized though.

My husband ordered two mint chocolate chip blasts. The lady asked him to pull up. We moved up in the car however there is no way for anyone to go around and there was one person behind us literally. The girl comes storming out of the dunkin with the blasts yelling that’s not what I meant by pulling up. My husband says where would you have liked us to go and she said right there mind you it was a one way street she was pointing to that we couldn’t of pulled up to. On top of all of that the blasts were huge chunks of ice. We are regular DD customers. We won’t be back here!

Haven't been here much, but the times I have they've messed up the order. It's no problem though, they're still good in my opinion

Been a really long time since I've been to Dunkin donuts. The donuts was really good. Will see how the coffee is tomorrow

I just moved to the area and I am a daily Dunkin coffee drinker. I have been to this location 11 times now and they have got my order incorrect (despite the fact that I give foolproof instructions on how I like my coffee) over half the time. Also, this location is clearly not concerned with reducing waste or plastic waste. They refuse to stir your coffee after they make it (the put the cream/sugar/flavor at the bottom of the cup before the coffee) and they advise all of their customers to open up a straw and use a straw to stir their coffee and then throw it away. In a time where we are looking to reduce the amount of plastic straws used, encouraging people to use them to stir their coffee instead of using a metal spoon that can be rinsed off seems incredibly wasteful. I'm surprised the owner allows their product to be wasted so frivolously.

So all I wanted was some coffee before work and I go to dunkin.but they have their doors locked 45 min before closing!

Last week was my third time to this shop. Very pleasant experience overall. One of the best Dunkin’ locations that I have visited so far.

I asked for 2 buttered muffins, the counter girl gave me the muffins with individual frozen butters. I asked for the spreadable butter and she stated they didn't have any. I asked her what type of butter is used on a bagel, she said the spreadable kind. I said that's what I want. She was extremely annoyed at me for bothering her.

Slow service and took way to long to get my drink. Counter staff appeared confused and frustrated.out of almost any of their donuts.
