On May 3 we went there and had ice cream, it was old.
I became ill and had problems with my ibs. It never use to be that way.
The managers are rude, loud, and nasty. They always mess up my order and then like to argue with me when I simply ask for them to fix it. Very unprofessional and I’m always waiting longer than I should have to. I can’t stand the people that run this place and I hope someone knocks some sense into these people because they get away with treating people poorly!
I used to come to this store all the time, but I refuse to support a store that just screams at there employees. I have been in the lobby when the manager is in the back screaming and you can just hear him slamming things, I just think that is very unprofessional so i will not be returning to this store. Get a better manager or learn how to treat people!
RUDE! Took kids for donuts and myself coffee was completely ignored while the 2 young girls working were conversating they never looked up at us never said a word to us my child said can I get a donut they just gave him dirty look and carried on so we left. Nobody should experience such terrible service and be completely ignored
If I could give negative stars I would! Didn't have any if the waffle cones as advertised, and then on top of that proceeded to try and give me the wrong icecream and then said they do not have the advertised ice cream as well and then proceeded to catch attitude from the girl
How can you not like Dunkin' Donuts! They have wonderful donuts, donut holes, etc! They're open late, they give you time to decide what you'd like to order & it's really clean inside! Go eat a chocolate donut for me, would you please?
This place is ridiculous! Prople at the drive thru windows are backed up into the parking lot. Going inside is just as bad. I waited for 15 mins to get a tea & a bagel as is with cream cheese on the side. And they messed the order up by toasting the bagel. I wanted it for later in the day & by then, it should taste like a wet bagel. Horrible place!
