Dunkin' Donuts, Orlando FL

Went here about a week ago to get some munchkins and they had literallllly 3 different types of donuts to choose From, nothing else. It was not busy at all, but somehow they had nothing ready. Went with two chocolate frosted donuts and the chocolate icing was melting right off of the donuts it was disgusting. I would prefer driving out of my way to the next DD for some decent service and food selection.

Visited this location a couple weeks ago for the first time. Waited for several minutes before someone acknowledged there was a customer in the drive thru. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich. Nope - they’re cleaning the kitchen. Never heard of a food establishment completely shutting down food service in the middle of the day to clean. I decided to give the place a second chance - surely they wouldn’t have the kitchen shut down on my second visit. I was wrong. Once again, I sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order. And once again they closed the kitchen. I’m curious if someone from Dunkin’ Donuts could explain to me why this is acceptable - especially after reading other reviews of the same thing happening to multiple customers.

It is hard to be critical of DD, they are the best at what they do.
Not here, though.
Apparently they are victim of the worker shortage, and most of the time they are incapable of doing business.
Too bad.

I don't know what happend this morning but this is a totally different crew than what I'm used to at this location. Confirmed my order thoroughly, good attitude's/personalities, down to earth, cared about quality. If this is the normal Sunday morning crew, I'm coming back Sunday mornings.

Takes FOREVER! If you are in a hurry, this is definitely not the place to stop "really quick"to get a coffee.

Very slow, frequently get incorrect sized coffees and this store needs to be shopped by corporate.

This location LOVES to clean the food station after “lunch rush” ; this was my third strike. STOP CLEANING DURING THE DAY

I'm not even sure why I even bother trying to give this location a chance. I use the mobile order all the time and everytime I get there, they are out of something I have ordered. They never read the order screen as I don't know how many times I've asked for veggie egg & no cheese and always get fried egg & cheese. I've not gotten the full order either quit a few times. I know hashbrowns are only $. 99 but when you don't get them like 3x's that's $3.00 I've wasted. The employees always have an attitude as if you are disturbing them. It's like there is no manager even managing here. Save yourself time & go to another DD. I can't wait for Starbucks to open across from Publix as they will always get my business over this DD.

If I could give it 0 stars I would and that would still be too much. It's like they are intentionally trying to be terrible. Im convinced that poor customer service and lack of falsely advertised menu items is their goal. How could you never get a coffee order right? I mean, it's what you do! My suggestion? Bulldoze this Dunkin' Donuts and build a Starbucks. Give us all an opportunity to get some real coffee. In the meantime, feel free to stop by Publix. Publix has pretty good cuban coffee for us to drink while we wait for the Starbucks.

The staff was ok, but the donut selection and quality was horrible. My iced coffee with cream and mocha was served to me 3/4 full and had literally ONE ice cube in it. I think the cream or milk was bad so i returned to the store and asked for a remake. There was someone from the drive-thru that also returned because of really bad quality of drinks. The donuts were stale and melted together. I've always had an issue with this location but its the only one in my route. But no more. I'll go somewhere else.

I HATE this Dunkin. They are always out of menu items, hardly any variety and so slow. The donuts are unappealing and the chocolate glaze is so thin that it just melts right off. The owner of this franchise does not seem to care enough to make things right.

Go thru the drive thru wait and no one answers.then I pull to the window and See a worker eating a sandwich & says they’re closed when they close at 7

It been months I havnt came here. Because of bad service or orders not done right. Today I wanted to give it another chance. I’m at the drive thru window waiting at 5am. The manager come up to the window. And the first thing I get told. I cant park in drive thru. I’m not park here to hang out. I’m here waiting for ya to open like the sign say at 5am. What happen to hey I’m sorry we opening up late. Sorry our hours had change. First thing out her mouth is I can’t park here. This is why business fail. People stop coming in cant afford to run full staff. Soon cant afford to keep doors open. I’m continue avoiding this dunkin donut. Hello valued guests lol. They don’t valued no Guests. America runs on dunkin. Not this location.

Wouldn't suggest the drive they. But when you order inside I've been met with friendly service but they are pretty slow at times to get your food to you. The free Wi-Fi is pretty good. 90% of the time the tables are clean. When they are busy and I've sat down to enjoy a meal the music against the crowd is a bit overwhelming. Sounds like a cafeteria. 3 stars because it is hit or miss with them

I love Dunkin Doughnuts coffee!

This location has a drive-thru and free wi-fi. Also has a few tables for outdoor seating. The coffee has always been fresh and the treats have always been great. The chocolate glazed doughnuts are amazing.

Great location for quick, drive-thru service. Coffee is great, however donut selection and quality is poor, which is the reason for the star off. Otherwise, really friendly staff.

Counter help could take the order, but didn't know how to fill the order. People in the back were on it.

Friendly staff. Courteous. However, when ordering inside, it takes too long to get your food. They are much more interested in ensuring that they meet their drive-thru time goals.

Very disappointed, nasty hash browns, the bread of the sandwich was horrible, my daughter didn’t eat hers either too sad

27 minutes to get a coffee and a plain bagel. Everyone kids running around and no one knows what they're doing this location is a disaster
