Dunkin' Donuts, Orlando FL

I had to wait for this egg and cheese multigrain bagel (picture posted up on the gallery) for almost 5 min. It’s out of shape lol and raw dough. I went back there after work to talk to a manager. A young man told me she was on the phone I waited few minutes then she sent him out again to tell me that she is still on the phone and once she is done she will have to run out for some business WOW I was just amazed she doesn’t have a 2 minutes to see pictures of that bagel she sold me this morning so it can be address with employees. Just WOW
I got the hint manager (YOU DON’T CARE). But Kudos to the young man I talked to very polite, very professional. Management should learn from this young man. Taking my business somewhere else.

Great customer service but what about have the product.unbelievable Dunkin’ Donuts run out of glazed donut.very disappointed.

30 minutes waiting and still counting. I am sitting on the “side” waiting for my food (4 wake-up wraps) and they have not fulfilled my order. After waiting 15 minutes they bring me part of my order and NO coffees (I ordered 4). Then she comes back and brings the coffees.and still waiting. This place is unorganized and a HUGE mess. I was only the second person in line when I ordered. This is 100% UNACCEPTABLE. The food was cold when they handed it to me. The cheese isn’t even melted. Don’t waste your time coming.

I don't usually bother leaving web reviews, but I had such a poor experience here that I felt motivated to. I went in around 9 am to buy a simple breakfast sandwich, only to wait several minutes to be served. Employees working the Drive-Thru were telling another employee that I was at the front counter and needed to be waited on, but the employee refused the requests of her coworkers and walked away. Several minutes later, another employee who barely spoke English came up and took my order. I waited over 5 minutes (wouldn't mind normally) to be given the wrong food. At this point, I had to leave and didn't have time to wait for the order to be corrected- so I asked an employee to refund me, who at first offered me free food, which I declined- then gave the receipt to her manager, who barely spoke English either. I finally managed to convey that I wanted a refund for my order, and she agreed. She appeared to do something on the computer whilst holding my receipt, so I left the store, assuming my refund would be processed. It's been several days now and I have yet to see a refund appear on my card. All in all, this is probably the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life and I am never going to enter a Dunkin Donuts again.

Not enough employees for overpriced coffee! I had to wait 5 min for coffee. I could've went to wawa & got coffee plus a sandwich for the same time

Slow service i guess car is a priority. I order a poppy bagel toasted w butter got a non toasted with cheese really stop talking girls

Loving this DD! The employees are awesome, because I'm a regular they know my order and they make my coffee right 99.9% of the time. Thank you Landstar Dunk!

Best Dunkin Donuts I've been to in the Orlando area. Convenient location, fast service, and delicious food. I will definitely be back.

Very courteous staff, clean place, outdoor seating and wifi. Love this location. Keep doing a great job.for those who say the coffee's weak or watered down, umm like don't expect people to make what your grandma makes.cuban, p.rican, colombian brews.and I'm latina so I'm not discriminating but if u want coffee the consistency of tar, make your own. Haahaaa!

Came up to the drive thru in a hurry. No one was in line. I ordered my food and found out that they were out. They made my turkey breakfast sandwich into a panini. I got it and everything was there, but the turkey. -_-

The coffee tastes watered down and it was room temperature. My wife's coffee was fine.

I won't be going back here anytime soon.
