Dunkin' Donuts, Orlando FL

Over the last 2 weeks this place has been closed at least twice during the morning hours - around 7 am. I guess - because their workers don't come on time. Worst shop in America.

Awful I'm sad I can't even give them 0 stars the staff didn't even say HI or that's all? Nothing he didn't even open his mouth. Bad place

I got great recommendation for munchkins. By the time I walked over from paying to the pickup counter my drink was already made. My croissant also came out so quickly that I was genuinely questioning if it was my order. The food was warm and delicious. The refresher was exactly what I like and it’s a hard drink to get right without it tasting like a ton of tea. Overall it was a amazing experience and hope many other people can feel the same by coming to this location.

Waited up to 30 minutes for them to forget my order. Issued a refund. I went across the street to the other dunkndonuts. Got in and out how it should have been.

I asked and paid for a large and they gave me a small and I asked for the vanilla bean latte and it tasted like sugared milk and it had NO ICE

Curbside order was all the way WRONG! No hash browns in bag and my Grilled Ham Cheese sandwiches came without Ham! How can you mess up an order that bad. Double check things before you bring them out to Customers errors like this can make or break your business in this location

So this location about a mile away from the other one, a breath of fresh air. And here is only one person working, but sweet lady, fast service!

I hate that this Dunkin doesn't have a drive through but can't blame the establishment for that! Richard the manager is always great and the team is always working hard!

They are very rude and have a very bad customer service. They don’t even smile. They are not courteous.

Arrived at 2: 15 for happy hour. Saw ants climbing on the apple fritters. Also ordered a small sized latte and the cashier never bothered to tell me that the medium is cheaper so I paid 2.59 for a small latte instead of $2 for a medium.

Customer service is really rude, order taking was unclear! Really bad service really bad attitude!

This store is very clean great customer service. It's very close to the Vista Kay Resort where we stayed over the weekend. The manager made sure once the line got a little busy to keep things moving forward smoothly.

This is a good one. They were well staffed for the morning rush, quick, efficient and kind.
They have some great and friendly staff here.

The older ladies were not very nice. I ordered a my bagel sandwiches with the bagels on the side. This was wrong and the lady never asked me directly what was wrong.

They had 3 types of donuts ready at 7am on a Sunday morning.really rude staff with no customer service skills at all.

The manager, Robert, was storming around the store cursing. “Jesus Christ, this is F***ing stupid” total turn off, beyond unprofessional. It shouldn’t take 25+ minutes to get through the line and receive coffee.

My son an u stopped by for two duncachinos, late afternoon. We were greeted immediately and our coffees were done before we could sit down. We also ordered their special of 2 for$2 breakfast wrap. It was done just a free minutes later. The shop is new, but very clean and had modern, comfortable, and stylish seating. Not what you expect from DD. More on par with Starbucks, which I'm sure is what there goal is. Staff was very friendly and helped and came into the lobby and asked how we were and if we needed anything. A+

It looks like a toddler put icing on my doughnuts. Messy and not enough icing, and they gave me the wrong doughnuts. Never coming back, the nearby supermarket doughnuts are superior.

I’ve been going to this DD for 2 year and every single day i have to say something because my order is not eight, and i just order a coffe every day

Usually okay overall, service is not rude but not overly friendly either. If it is crowded don't bother, they will not get your order right or will take forever and you get cold sandwiches. I have had to return a cold brew twice to get liquid sugar before when it's crowded. Make sure to check your order before you leave.
