Food was fast and fresh, store is quite clean, and Amanda was extremely courteous and funny
. She made sure my family and I had everything we needed, and I really appreciate that.

I stop before work almost every morning and everyone is always very friendly. Always a good experience

First off all the employees were rude and grumpy. Then we had to wait more than 30 minuets for our food and we got hardly any. The bathrooms had never been clean there was dirt and dust everywhere. And to top it off they messed up our order.

So I'm not quite sure exactly what happened to everyone else who gave this Dunkin donuts such terrible reviews but I have to say I completely disagree with each and every one of you. The store hours are correct as a matter of fact this particular store opened its doors 3 minutes early. The employee who I assume was the store manager was so very pleasent and got everything I ordered togther in record time. Usually quite a difficult task for anyone at 5am! Nevertheless this was definitely a 5 star experience for me and an AWESOME way to start my BLACK FRIDAY! Thanks again such a wonderful lady!

The normal dunkin, but this one was probably 50 degrees when we walked in. Good customer service and food, but who keeps a business near freezing

We've stayed across the street a couple of visits to Universal Studios. This DD is pathetic. Today they only had 1 bagel left and some donuts. The cashier's (Cydnee) shirt was so dirty, it looked like she was doing mechanic work. After I finally got my order, I had to ask the girl doing the coffee if she had an order for my coffee. She checked and prepared it. I guess they get away with this poor service due to the amount of transient visitors to the area. Very poor!

I love Dunkin Coffee but everytime they are so slow! Last time I waited 15 minutes and they weren't even busy

This has to be the worst dunkin donuts. Everybody is rude as if u owe them something. There is 1 employee there, she is African American kinda tall has long hair and wears glasses.she is the rudest employee there by far. She does not smile and she is extremely rude to guest. I would have let her go.

I tried to use a promotion where if made a purchase of any item I get a free $2 gift card in return. It's a tmobile promotion that's called "t-mobile Tuesday's" I've used the promotion at this location before. No problems whatsoever. So I know its a participating location. However when I inquired about it this time, the employees had no idea what I was talking about. I asked them if there was a manager available to see if they knew about it. The employees told me there was no manager on dutie. Which is crazy. Any food service or retail establishment should always have a manager on dutie. I asked if there was a way they could call someone to ask. They said no. I asked again if they can call a corporate number or anyone AT ALL. The employee said no there's nothing they can do. I was really disappointed in the service. They didn't even TRY to help me. It's a shame the staff there has no knowledge of ongoing promotions. Don't expect good services at this location. Not going back there again.

5 Times I have been here and same story they forget to make my coffee so I have to go and remind them. Thank you I love Dunkin but get your act together

Place is not use friendly. Ordered a sandwich and hash browns, got 4 potatoes and a cold sandwich. People are rude. Don't waste your money. Thanks
