My husband and I went on line on Honda site looking for a new Honda Accord sport. We loved the Red and Pearl white. We have a black Honda right now so we wanted a color we never had. Drove to a dealership not far from us in Georgia. Oh my it was not a good experience. Her unprofessional attitude I could no longer take so we came home!
Then my husband says we may have to look in Jacksonville in couple of areas.
Within an hour we get a call from Colin at Duval Honda. He was so accommodating and happy to help us out in any way he can. Calls back in an hour with what he has and we made appointment to pick up our new car the next day!

If you're looking for a Honda, do yourself a favor and go see Ken or Beth. They will take care of you and give you the best price in town, hands down! My wife is super happy with the sales and finance department, believe me.

Bad choice to choose when looking for a car the unprofessionalism is bad, customer service is trash there track record isn’t good I definitely don’t recommend buying from them

I took my old civic to Duval Honda for maintenance and received excellent service. Mike was professional, polite, explained in detail what was needed for each of my car's needs and provided shuttle service through Lyft since my car needed to stay at the dealership overnight.

Elio was so helpful from start to finish and really made this experience pleasant on buying a new car. Will be back if we ever need any more vehicles just based on how awesome he was.

Overall experience was great. Call and got an appointment the next day. Parts were ordered, received and installed the following day. Suggestion: Fix the online service appointments. In the past I have gone elsewhere as I could not make an online appointment.

Chandler Bauer was awesome! He was extremely informative. I just previously had a terrible experience at another dealership. They literally got my hopes up just to be shattered but Chandler was able to put me into a car that I love. I would highly recommend going to see him if you're looking for a vehicle. Duval Honda's staff are excellent and meet my expectations.

Eddie in the service department is AWESOME. He always takes fabulous care of me whenever my car is in need of maintenance.

Mr. Martin was my Service Advisor and he took care of me promptly at my appointment time. He also kept me posted as far as what was going on. Very pleased!

Had a new service person. Dennis, he very nice polite and seems genuine. Made taking our van for in for recall fix a pleasant experience. Unlike the past with Tom.the high pressure rip-off service rep. The company loves him, after all he's their best shyster.

My service advisor (mr. Dennis) was super awesome and definitely helpful. This was my first time having him as my advisor. I am glad that i had the opportunity to have him because he dxpalined everything that i needed to know concerning the performance of my vehicle. Please make him my permanent advisor. He also was able to assist me with minor issues involving my vehicle.

I just bought a used vehicle from them 3 weeks ago. There were some issues with the car but Dillan the salesperson and Dennis the Service guy did an awesome job fixing all my issues. It good to know that even after you drive your vehicle out of the lot that they will still take care of you.

I had to have my van repaired, and Tom went above and beyond to make sure all the issues were addressed and that my son, mother-in-law and I were comfortable.

I return the vehicle less than 12 hours so thank you for not noticing that I did not buy a vehicle from you Duval Honda is a rip-off

This place was awesome sales people were super helpful and not pushy at all, ended up buy a car had a small issue they had someone drive to my house 2hrs away and fixed it in my driveway. 5 star service all around

The service depart is the greatest. I am a grouchy customer and they make me happy so, they have to do excellent work.

Repair could not be completed the day I took it in, so a courtesy car was supplied. Repair was completed the next day. Completely satisfied with work that was done and time it took for the repair work.
