Sales man just wanted us to leave the whole time. Barely talked to us. Didn't try to help us find a car at all. Couldn't find the keys to the car we wanted to see and didn't even know where the second one was. It took us half an hour to figure out this man wasnt actually doing anything for us. Absolutely pathetic. I will never give this place a second look.

Don't go there for car service, they will rip you off and charge for fees that you weren't initially quoted! Waited 5 hours for what should have taken an hour. I will never go back.

We were out of town when we had troubles with my Honda Pilot, we called Duvall Honda because they were the closest dealership. They sent a shuttle for us and helped us get a tow truck to get my car to the dealership. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. When we decided on not buying one that day, they even helped us get a rental to get us back home. Highly recommend them!

Tried the free car wash service for the second time. Bad! Will just go to Charles and Georges from now on. One hour to just have stuff smeared around.
