30Great company great service really helped me with all my needs as it relates to my air conditioner, and my refrigerator
We recently had ECM out to our new home to give the AC a tune up. I told the tech that our AC smelled musty whenever the fan turned on.
He came and went, and was kind. The disinfecting spray he used made the air smell clean for a day or so.
A month had gone by and from doing our own inspecting of the evap coil, the underside of the was completely moldy and the inside walls were covered in mold. It seems like he never checked the underside of the coils by the ac intake, it was really bad.
It was not a through inspection, and would have like to have had this issue taken care of at the time.
I was very happy with ECM when the recently replaced my HVAC system. The installers were very polite and did a professional job. Also I had a few questions after the installation and the ECM staff was very responsive and answered all my questions.
I recently had a new ac installed by ecm. The men came on time and did a very good job. They kept things neat and were very nice. I would highly recommend this company. They really know what they are doing, unlike other companies i have dealt with.
I’ve been with the company for about 21 years.we just had our air conditioner installed.they were prompt, and polite.our air conditioner is working great.
I had a A/C installed. The Installers were very professional and cleaned up when they were done. I have a contract with them and every time I called, everything was fixed the first time. I definitely recommend this company.
ECM recently installed new central AC equipment in my house. They arrived right on time and completed the job in the 6 hours they had given as an estimate. When they left the only evidence that they'd been here was the new AC equipment. I honestly have nothing negative to say.
ECM staff is always helpful, polite and always takes the extra steps to take care of there clients. Great service professionals who go that extra mile to service there customers and take care of there mechanical repairs the first time. Thank you ECM

We have been ECM customers for over a decade and have been satisfied with the service that we've received. They come out quickly especially when it's an air conditioner problem. Based on our experience, I would recommend this company.
Basically ECM Has been very good over the years. The price of the contracts are getting very expensive. But there are certain people to be commended. Glenn in Air Conditioning. Shirley Robinson in contracts. Melinda, Spvr, scheduling. And Page in customer care. Scheduling is efficient and basically most things have been done well.
I am a new salon owner and was in need of an annual service contract. I have had as many as 5 ECM contracts on my residential properties but never had a commercial contract. Eric came out the same day and walked me through what was involved in a commercial contract and suggested some ways to save some money by maintaining units properly. He also added some additional straps to the inside units for safety at no cost. Needles to say I signed up for an annual contract.
Today i received a new contract from East Coast which i truly appreciated.and needed to make some changes since i had purchased new appliances. Calling the company i got a sburgwonderful young lady named Shirley Robinson who helped me rewrite the service contract and even saved me 20 dollars which being a senior citizens on social security. Shirley spent over 30 minutes and had tremendous patience with me. I have been with East Coast Mechanical for over 20 years and have found them always professional and polite Barry Krisburg
When you have an appliance issue ECM is the company you call. My refrigerator stopped cooling and I was frantic. I called ECM and they came out the same day. The technician gave me temporary cooling and that same week my refrigerator was fixed. My neighbors let me put whatever little food I had in theirs so I wouldn’t loose my food. Thank you ECM for rescuing me.

After posting my review below, I received a phone call on Friday morning from Milinda, customer care supervisor. Milinda listened to me and heard me, and then was told by Mr. Ramirez, President of ECM to send their supervisor out to check on problem. I just had a ECM tech and supervisor at my house this morning because they stand by their work and wanted to check the issue out. They have rectified the situation and have gained my business and trust back. Thank you Mr. Ramirez, Milinda, Eric and Robert for LISTENING to your loyal customer! I hope to continue to be a loyal customer for another 10 Plus years!
Been a loyal customer of ECM for approximately 10 years with no major issues of their service or representatives till now. They’re not upfront on the phone on what is required and then when you’re ready to schedule an appt for a part to be installed into your NON WORKING AC, they inform you that they MUST have the money upfront before scheduling the appt! Really? I almost paid ECM this week OVER $900.00 for the AC part their technician said had to be replaced. However, I got a 2nd opinion from another AC co and found out it was NOT that part and it only cost me $300.00! Nothing but MONEY THIEVES!
I am so glad that I have a contract with East Coast Mechanical to maintain the excellent performance of my appliances. It gives me great peace of mind to know I have access to their knowledgeable technicians. Thank you so much for your expertise and prompt attention to my needs and concerns.
I have been with ECM since 2009. I’ve always had excellent customer service. The technicians are prompt for appointments, and they do a great job.
Finally an A/C company that cares and it is always on time. I highly recommend ECM for any issues with any of your appliances, plumbing, air conditioning and even electrical. I recently bought a contract with them and added faucet replacement coverage to my contract. Two month later my my master bathroom faucet was not working properly, I called them and not only did they came the same day, but they also replaced the faucet at zero cost. I couldn’t believe they replaced the faucet for free when my previous provider insisted in charging a ridiculous amount for this type of repair on my second bathroom. Thank you ECM!
