We had a gushing leak in the toilet of our guest bathroom. We called ECM at 8 am. They told us they would come between 11 and 3. They arrived promptly at 11 and fixed the leak, replacing the entire inside mechanism. We are extremely pleased with their service and plan to renew our contract for years to come.

My air conditioner would not generate heat so I called ECM for help. The representative who took the call was professional and caring about my problem. She promptly set up a service call for the next day and even called later to move the appointment to an earlier time, which I appreciated. The service man came right on time and after an exhaustive examination of the unit, which is located awkwardly in the ceiling, he ascertained that the problem was a non-functioning relay and replaced it, causing an immediate increase in the temperature in the apt. He did a great job and I commend ECM for the quality of its services and would recommend ECM to anyone who asks about home service contracts!

When my AC wasn't working, I called ECM. Their response time was remarkable. Each person I dealt with in the company, from customer service, to the sales reps, to the AC installers were a pleasure to deal with. Two days after my initial call, all was well.
