Don’t leave anything in your rented car behind. They will steal your property and tell you that it was never left behind. If your clean cars every day for your job you should know what the car has and what doesn’t belong In it. They obviously don’t use common sense. They also gave us the most ugliest simple car in the lot.

I must say this place was clean, ladies working were amazing and worked as a team! The car was clean and the service was fast and painless! Rented a Camry and loved the mileage! Will definitely be renting again especially with now being a plus member and already receiving discounts for my next rental!

I really liked Enterprise in New Port Richey. There prices was alot cheaper than Zephyrhills prices. Zephyrhills prices at Enterprise rent a car was outrageous and unaffordable for there WEEKLY rates.
Anytime I want to rent a car again I will be going to Enterprise of New Port Richey there prices for the poor customers. Because they care and know we are not Rich is Enterprise of New Port Richey. They care about there customers. And they make things very convenient for the customers. The New Port Richey office are open on Saturday and Sunday. Thank you Enterprise New Port Richey. I appreciate you helping me. Cause I had a rental car for two months. Now I have my own car now and I thank Jesus for what he did for me. Cause I really needed a car of my own bad. GOD blessed me with a 2016 Toyota Corolla.

The Zephyrhills Enterprise delivered excellent customer service. It was a busy holiday weekend, so we had to wait a bit for a vehicle & the ladies took care of my family & I. Thank you for taking time, even though it had already been a long day, to ensure I was satisfied. We will definitely return to this branch.

The ladies that work here are very helpful and great customer service. I was able to ask multiple questions and they were answered without issue or attitude! I will definitely be renting from here again soon!

I reserved a F-150 on 02/20/2020 and when they asked my form of payment I told them a debit card because I don’t have a credit card. Well today 02/24/2020 they call to verify if I still wanted the truck. I said yes and they asked me again my form of payment. I said debit card, then they say we cannot rent the vehicle on a debit card. I said well I was told on the 20th I could. The manager said oh no we can’t do that. It clearly says on the website you can use a debit card at non airport locations. I suggest Enterprise training their management a little better.

I reserved a vehicle on tuesday 2/18/2020 via Enterprise online, specifically Zephyrhills location on Gall Blvd. It took awhile online because each car I selected said 'none available'. Finally a small pick up truck was available, I reserved it for pick up on Thusday 2/21/2020 @ 9am. Thursday morning at 8 ish am, i get a phone call from Nicole at Enterprise that the pick up i reserved was not available. As a of matter of fact they had NO VEHICLES available. Nicole could not promise when I would be able to get a vehicle, or ANY vehicle. I was advised that the online app was the problem. I was told it could take days to get a vehiche but I was first on list to be notified when something was available. Shame on enterprise to implement systems that dont work, and same for enterprise to put their employees kn the front line. I do think I should have received a call on wednesday that no vehicle would be available, at least giving me a heads up that enterprise could not accommodate me at all. Very poor business. Doubt I use enterprise.again

I rented a car after being involved in an accident that totaled my car. Never rented a car before, so didn't know what to expect. Every person who worked at this location was kind and patient. Very accompanying. The rented out a Kia Soul to me. Great choice, I loved it!

This rental car company is a scam. After my daughter's accident in our car we had to get a rental through this establishment. Because of an extra driver that was added it cost us over $300.00 out of our pocket. DO NOT TAKE THIS OPTION if you don't have money to blow. There was a $100 deposit that we had to put down. Once the vehicle was returned we were supposed to get $50 of our deposit back. When I called a couple of days after we turned the car in to inquire where our deposit was the lady told me it would be in by Monday. It's now Wednesday and no money. However, they have again dipped into my checking account to take out MORE money WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING ME! This is underhanded! I had my husband call them to find out where our deposit was and all the woman did was give him the run around bringing up extra driver issue WHICH WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. I WILL NEVER US THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY EVER AGAIN! AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ANY RECEIPTS FOR ANY TRANSACTIONS which is clearly part of their scam to get your money!

Terrible experience. After flying to Tampa on December 26, we arrived at a non-airport location to find a room full of angry customers because there were no cars available to honor reservations. The clerk behind the desk explained that there were no cars anywhere in the area (including the airport). She indicated that they were trying to get cars driven to the location from elsewhere, but she has no estimate as to when they would arrive - could be 20 minutes, could be 3 hours, could be the next day. No solution was given, other than to sit and wait for a car. We cancelled our reservation and got a ride to where we were staying an hour away.

When I contacted Enterprise to let them know how disappointing our experience was, I was told that there was no way to avoid the experience in the future, as the computer system allows customers to make reservations even when there are no cars available, and that the company has no way to ensure there are cars available because of “a lot of one way rentals and open ended rentals. ”

We were eventually able to pick up a rental car later in the trip from the Enterprise in Zephyrhills (where the staff was great).

Having rented a lot of cars from various companies during business and personal travel, I’ve never experienced this before. What a terrible business model. We won’t be renting from Enterprise again.

The last time we went to rent one we made a reservation and went there when it was time. I guess the lady tried calling us when we were on our way (we didnt know) to tell us that there wasnt and cars available for our reservation but only had a van.she still wanted to charge us full price and not the price we reserved. Very upset with it and I always go through you!

Went to get a car was told they didnt have any and it might be 2 to 3 hours depending on how cars was turned back in before I could get one.

The only reason for a 3 star review is because some of them are very nice and some (like the one in Dade City Fla) have roaches in the cars and make you wait around even if you book a week in advance.

Jared & Bob G were awesome! Needed a ride from home and a quick turn around due to delays on my part. One call and Bob G was on the road to get me. He knew the lay of the land. Got me there safe, sound, & quick. Jared noticed the situation and got moving. Kudos to both of you, your teamwork is a travelers dream!

This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with a business. Colleen O'Leary and Nicole Carson made my experience renting a car so easy and carefree. I will be renting all of my vehicles through Enterprise in the future with the confidence that they will always surpass my expectations with customer service, clean vehicles and competitive pricing.
