26It was actually first time ever renting a car on my own and I have to say Enterprise got it going on. The whole process was very painless seemless much to my surprise I was in and out in 10 mins. I want to thank the Wesley chapel store for a great experience.
I called yesterday and made reservations for a 7 passenger van for today. When I made it to the Zephyrhills location, I was told they did not have a van because the van that was delivered was damaged. I would think the person driving the van knew there were damages. I was also informed more than once that they called me to inform me. When I checked my messages there was a message from 11: 51. I was also told a few times that the reservation was made the day before. Yes, it was made the day before but that’s irrelevant considering the reservation was made. I don’t see how this would’ve been any different if the reservation was made a month ago. Bottom line, if you don’t have vehicles please do not allow customers to make reservations. In addition, I’m really disappointed in the lack of care shown by the staff at this location.
This is a great location and a great representation of Enterprise. I I'm very satisfied with the customer service, everything was excellent. The rental car I got wasn’t great or very clean but it did the job.
I rented a car for two weeks to take care of both business and personal travel. Sam and her team Nicole and Colleen made the rental process so easy including extending my rental without and issue because my business was extended. I will be renting from them again, and encourage anyone that needs a rental car to check them out. Thanks ladies nice job!
The services and staff is awesome. They always geeet me with upmost respect. The staff open the door when they see me or anyone else coming into Enterprise.
