Horrible! I reserved a car for 8am so that I would have time to make my meeting. I arrived at the store at 730 to make sure I have plenty of time to fill out paperwork. I called the night before to make sure they would have the car ready for me at 8. Now I’m told that they work on returns. When someone bring the car I reserved back they clean it and give it to me. I’ve been waiting an hour now and they are telling me it will be another 20-30 minutes at least. Will probably never rent from Enterprise again or at least from this location.

Horrible horrible service. Employees don't care at all for their jobs. There are always out of cars. "The client is always right" never ever applies here.
The level of customer service is ZERO!

Reserved a day ahead, Called an hour in advance to make sure the car was ready when i arrived they stalled for 30 minutes and told me the car had to be cleaned still i said i'd take it dirty they told me that wasn't an option. Rude employees very unorganized wouldn't reccomend

They quoted me 1 price over the phone and billed me another totalling over a $300 difference. They sent my closing contract weeks after I turned in the car making it hard to dispute the charges. DO NOT DO EXTENSIONS. Close out the rental and get a new Contract because they meld it together to make it look like one.

I get no response from the corporate office and they did a return to sender when my lawyer sent them a letter.
The manager was supposed to do a play back of the recorded call and that NEVER HAPPENED! NOW HE DOESN'T ANSWER THE EMAILS EITHER.

Go to Hertz down the street. At least they are honest and ask for Approval before charging your credit card. I guess they want me to take this court. So we shall. Because what they did violate all sorts of consumer laws.

* * * I sent you the email train with the manager along with the letter sent certified from the lawyer. After all the emails, it would be nice to have a number that I can call directly. * * * * *

After more than a month and getting billed completely 2 weeks after I returned the car, I keep getting charges and getting in contact with them is impossible. I’m very disappointed!

Made a reservation for a car. When I got there the car was not available. The offered me a different car and said if I wanted my preferred reservation I'd have to drive to the airport and swap it out there.

Car was not available. No one called me to advise. I was just told they can give me a call back Ina few hours when I has to be on a family trip in 1 hour

Professional and friendly. However, the available cars are old. The fleet shall be updated with good brands (Bmw, Audi, Subaru, Ev’s)

This was the absolute worst experience that I ever had with renting a car. First, the reservation was for 11: 30am I arrived at 1: 30pm and still had to wait an additional 45mins before the vehicle was actually ready. Instead of apologizing the Assistant Branch Manager Marc Chery became rude and argumentative. He began screaming at me, and I felt very unsafe because there was no one else in the building at that time. He wouldn’t provide a corporate number or the name and number to his supervisor. I will NEVER rent a vehicle from Enterprise, they have no idea about customer service. And based on the reviews this is an ongoing issue. If you want to be yelled at and demeaned than this is the place for you, but if you want to be appreciated and provided with good customer service choose another company! I would’ve given negative 5 stars if that was an option.

Update ******Never heard anything from Enterprise about this matter, so that tell me exactly how serious they take customer service *******

I rented a car through my insurance company since my car was a total loss from the Tropical Storm ETA floods. First it was hard to obtain a car, then they gave me a car without break lights, then they gave me a very dirty car and finally they called and told me I had to return the car because they had sold it. I asked my insurance company to switch my rental reservation to another company.

Reserved a car and upon no car was a available included the one that I reserved. I asked about the cars on the lot and said those are for customers who called in confirmed their reservations. They promised I would be next in line for a car and will call me when a car becomes available. Needless to say no phone call 3 days and counting.

I love Enterprises but this time I was not satisfied with the services to beginning with was only one person in the front desk take us one 1: 30 to check in after that the lady that to our check in never tell us that they don't have the vehicle we reserved when we went to pickup the vehicle for our surprises they giving us a mini van we only 2 person we don't wants a mini vans we reserved a SUV they tell us they don't have SUV and we saw one in the parking lot they telling us that was reserved for somebody else when we made our reservation 2 months ago we had to fight and lose anther half hour to get that SUV, so you have an idea we got to enterprise at 840pm and we left at 1045 pm this is not acceptable, this happens in Enterprise Cancun Airport.

The worst place ever. They informed me one hour before that the van I rented was not available, and no solution for me. My reservation was due two weeks in advance.

This place lets you reserve cars and waits until you get there to tell you they have no car. There is absolutely no remorse, no concern, no empathy. All they do is tell you that’s how the system works. Not even the courtesy of calling you to let you know that they have no cars! This place is absolutely TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This happened to me AND another person in the same ten minutes. They don’t even try to help you with getting a car at another location! I’ll never use enterprise again! This is no way to do business. I wish I could give them ZERO STARS

To whomever this may concern,

Today I went to exchange a rental car I had because it needed an oil change. My mother has the rental agreement in her name and added me as a driver, so that I can make executive decisions with her (also pick up a car or drive a car with/for her). I had my mom call Enterprise before I arrived to let them know the situation and they said come we have a car to exchange you for. I arrived and no one is at curbside services, which is located outside because of covid-19. I wait for about 5 to 10 more minutes with another older gentleman, who ends up leaving because people are taking too long to acknowledge us. So, I knock on the door to Enterprise and let someone know I am here. I see a gentleman come from the back (because there was no one located in the front of the store) and answered the door. I explained the situation of why I am here and the first thing that he says to me is that I am not supposed to be driving the car. I'm shocked because he's speaking so matter of fact. I ask him are you sure that I'm not supposed to be driving this car? He says, "No, where is your mom? Your mother is supposed to be here to sign and pick up this car. " I tell him that I remember distinctly coming to this Enterprise with my mom, when we first picked up our car rental. I had to sign for the car to be added on as a driver however I was going to call my mother right then and there to find out. He then says, "While you're doing that, I am going to go and check the contract. " I call my mom and she tells me I am on the contract. He then comes back outside and tells me apologies, he was reading the wrong contract. That I am on the contract however I don't have to be disrespectful. First Terry accuses me of not being on the contract and then accuses me of being disrespectful. He also closes the door in my face (no customers are allowed into Enterprise right now due to covid-19). I see another Enterprise gentleman walking up and I ask to speak with the manager. He comes back outside and tells me that was the manager that I was speaking to. His name is Terry. I told him thank you immediately because I was going to complain about how I was treated as a customer today. I lost my 3-week-old baby boy in a tragic car accident and I only came to Enterprise because of my car insurance. I had to exchange out the rental car I had because it needed an oil change. Now I have to endure this manager speaking to me this way, telling me what I am or am not suppose to be doing. If it were not for my car insurance, I would never go to this Enterprise. Anyone that I can speak to or that can hear about this situation, will. I have contacted all manner of people about this manager Terry. Where is the customer service? It's the middle of a pandemic and this is what's happening at 17503B Pines Blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029 Enterprise.

This is the 2nd time I make a reservation at this location in a Pembroke Pines and I can honestly say I was disappointed yet again. The 1st time I made a reservation, I went to pick up the vehicle and they told me that they had no vehicles available. No one ever called to let me know so that I can make alternate plans. It was a holiday weekend and I was stuck without a car. I gave this location a 2nd opportunity and even though they did have the car this time it was not properly cleaned and disinfected even though I called them a couple hours prior to pick up to make sure that everything was confirmed for my reservation. They gave my husband a code to use at the car wash next door and that didn’t even work! We were in a hurry and just couldn’t deal. Customer service at this location is definitely not where it should be.

I had made a reservation 15 days or more in advance for a luxury rental. I get there, a big line out on the sun waited 1 hour and a guy comes out to let us know that they do not have cars to give it to us. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Why made reservations then? I will never ever rent from this people again i will write a letter to enterprise corporation for my complain.

The WORST location! Highest level of incompetence I have ever encountered and the lack of customer service skills is remarkable. Mark needs to goooo! I never get the vehicle class I request or I’m put in a vehicle that smells musty and has physical damage. I’m told to come in and switch out a vehicle but there is no vehicle for me get into so I waste my time going back and forth. I’m overcharged or charged without authorization. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. For a customer who has been renting and spending thousands of dollars every couple of months I expect better service.
