Horrible! I reserved a car with my insurance claim. Waited 3 hours for a car. Then I waited to be cleaned for them then to tell me it's not my rental. They are unprofessional. They never have the cars you reserve. It has nothing to do with the pandemic. It's just them! Had issues with them for years!
