Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Margate FL

My service writer called that morning from Mullinax Ford and handed me the phone and after they answered and asked me a few questions, they put me on hold, i stood there for 15 mins on hold and the service writer told me to hang up, other than that.car was good, and the time spent there was reasonable.

Went to enterprise on Monday the 22nd to rent a car waited a long time to get waited on then this young girl came out and ask me if I needed a rental car I said yes and told her my car was going in the shop for some work for about three or four days she told me I would get some criet and also told me that I should take out the insurance with them and took my criet card and said I needed to put $300.00 for the deposit so when i took on my bank account they took out more and now I'm not getting back what I was told I was getting.then on the 25 of march I took the car back and one guy came out and ask me if I was returning a car I said yes and he look over the car and took the keys and all he said to me was you will get your deposit back and walk away so later I call back to talk to the manager and this guy answer and started telling him what happen and he call me a lier and was yelling at me I couldn't believe what he kept saying then he hung up the phone on me.i think I need some refund back I will never rent a car from enterprise again I will go to a different car rental company.then we told him we needed a ride and no one came out for about 30 mins so be wear of the bad experience at enterprise of Margate.

They refuse to come pick me up from the dealership. When I got there they were rude to the car dealership staff and myself ignored us as we approached. When they provided me the vehicle the vehicle said maintenance required. When I have to use a rental vehicle I don't want to have to worry that there is going to be a problem with the rental vehicle. I brought this to the staff's attention and they said it's nothing just ignore it. This is not solve any problems or make me feel any better that this vehicle needs to be serviced. Very disappointing and interaction and if I had a choice I would not use them again.

THEY HAVE THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! MAKE RESERVATIONS AND STILL HAVE TO WAIT 2/3. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE ANF THEY HAVE THE ADUCITY TO RAISE THE DEPOSIT TO 300. FORRRRRR WHAT, WHY PAY ALL THIS DAM MONEY AND STILL HAVE TO WAT! I WOULDN'T ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE! SERVICE SUCKSSSSS

Unprofessional I made a reservation I called and confirmed took an Uber to the location to find out they have zero vehicles available the rep said they tried to call me I got zero calls waste of time and money

This location is so unorganized and not professional at all. I was overcharged - which I noticed when I received the email about 20 minutes after dropping the car off. I was never told about the additional charges. I called many times and the manager always put me on hold and never came back. No help at all. WORST customer service.

This is the second time I've been to this Enterprise and I have to honestly say that they are quite efficient. The car was nice and clean it was a Mustang just like I drive. Perfect when is smooth as could be in and out. Thank you

Enterprise has got to be the Stupidest car rental company to not waive a $500 balance from 2013 for a $1,400 plus monthly guaranteed profit now with a PAID contract for Ford Air Bag recalls! They would get twice the amount I owe.dummies.exactly why I rent from Hertz! Too bad the Ford rental contract ain't with Hertz.

Enterprise is the best and easiest place to rent a car from. Went to Budget and Avis first and they would not rent to me and my wife without a valid credit card. We have a Chase Debit Card but to use that we had to have almost perfect credit. Enterprise let us use our debit card. We only had to have a current utility bill. No problem! And the staff there are awesome also. They went out of their way to help us. Will never go anywhere else ever again. Enterprise All The Way!

Car was a little dirty but it was suitable for my day rental. Friendly staff and always willing to help.

Set me over there to get a rental car from my car being the dealer the two cars I had to choose from only has less than 30 miles to empty
