Quick, painless, and with fair prices. Got a free upgrade because they didn't have what I paid for. Awesome!

People there are really good, friendly and knowledgeable.
The car was brand new.
The price was fair but they do/did not offer military discounts and they didn't offer me the AARP discount either nor the upgrade I was told I'd get either

I use this location as well as Coral Springs often. I am a baseball mom with a car who is often in need of an SUV. All the staff here are always kind and helpful. I dont know everyones name but am usually helped by Ryan and Anthony. Great guys.

Had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes because they were busy but the customer service was very good we actually had to get another rental car because the car they gave us was too small they sent us to another dealer and we didn't even have to wait they had keys waiting for us and said thank you.great customer service and the vehicle was top notch an clean.

I'm never going back to this enterprise, the charged me $80 for the first 2 days, then I extended the rental for 17 days and ended up paying $1,446 for about 2 weeks of using a ford fusion, this is disgusting because they didn't tell me they they were gonna raise my rate and didn't explain why when I asked them, Anthony gave me an attitude everytime he spoke to me and couldn't texplain why I paid such an astronomical price! Madison was a sweetheart though.

Ms. Melia and Mr. Anthony at the Margaret location provided 5 star service and isn't that what it is all about. Enterprise never disappoints!
